Hotel agradable, desayuno fallido
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y su estilo. La posibilidad de visitar el bonito museo.

Cons:

El no poder desayunar antes de la ocho cuando teníamos pagado el desayuno. No se advierte que el desayuno no se sirve hasta después y teníamos que coger un tren temprano. Se nos ofreció una cesta con algunas cositas pero la pusieron en la puerta, tal vez por la noche, pero sin llamar. No la vimos hasta que salimos para coger el tren!

Fabulous and quirky, great location for theatre's.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and hot when served, only thing was, I asked for porridge to start and it came out out with cooked breakfast so it had to wait while I ate the porridge.
Staff were very helpful and polite.
Rooms very comfortable, and plenty biscuits always a bonus, love the mugs too.

Interesting hotel a short distance from city centre
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location at the top of Hope Street. I could easily walk to George Square from the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. The National Pipers Museum is located here with demonstrations at various times.

More than happy to stay here again
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast. Excellent staff. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. Dram of whiskey and shortbread on arrival was a nice touch.

Cons:

View wasn't great, but I didn't expect a fantastic view to start with. I couldn't shut the bedroom window, but it wasn't a problem. I didn't bother to report it, as it could have been just me that had difficulty closing it.

YET ANOTHER WEEKEND STAY
Pros:

The only thing to stop me giving this hotel a top score of 100% is that if I tell you how good it really is I may not be able to get booked in again ourselves!
As a party if 13 we stated last June, stated a long weekend just now (jube2026} and have booked a long weekend in June 2027
What more can I say?….
Except, a massive thank you to Natalie, Emily, and all their team
Yiu did a marvellous job for us all this weekend, you should be proud of yourselves
