Not a good resting place. Noise from an engine just outside the window. No air conditioning.

Pros:

The hotel is outside the town and therefore quiet. You can walk down to a great beach. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

The hotel does not meet the standards you would expect for the price charged. The carpets had a musty smell, the tables in both the bar and dining room were sticky, and the quality of the breakfast was very disappointing. Overall, it did not offer good value for money.

Best carvery in Northern Ireland
Pros:

We had the carvery this afternoon. It was absolutely incredible. Everything was hot, delicious and fresh. The portions are massive. This is one of my favourite hotel carvery. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Nothing too much bother.
Pros:

Went here with two bus loads of other walkers and had an excellent carvery. Very well looked after by all the staff, young and not so young.

This was an excellent hotel which I would highly recommend. A sea view room is a must when booking.

Lovely sea views which was visible from our room.

Due to its location on side of busy road it was a little difficult to exit.

Bar/reception staff very pleasant & helpful. Restaurant just lacks same atmosphere & service.

Cons:

We had breakfast 9.15. Cooked food had most likely been sitting out from breakfast started thus it was cold. Fried eggs especially were hard & cold. I honestly prefer scrambled eggs.
Selection of fresh fruits not great & I always appreciate some nice natural yoghurt & granola . Honestly put me off staying again.

We will be back
Pros:

Initially in a windowless room but the shower was defective so we gout moved to the honeymoon suite. Great views.
Breakfast was fine. Normal help yourself, but staff excellent.

Enjoyable and friendly staff, very helpful
Pros:

Obviously it’s great location and it was very clean and tidy

Cons:

Shower was a bit problematic.
Breakfast buffet was not up to standard, lack of nice diced fruit looked attacked with a large knife and pulled apart. Very little diced fruit out was very tasteless what was out. Cooked breakfast very good however.
