Beautifully decorated, view over water, efficient checkout and checkin from knowledgeable staff. Good restaurant and bars. Room upgrade! Quiet, big room but some traffic noise. We didn’t use the spa facilities.
Limited space for bathroom items, small shower in big bathroom. Hotel wifi poor mostly from busy weekend. No room fridge. Expensive parking fee.
Great hotel second time here and was great as the first time.
Spa is great although can be a little busy and seating becomes an issue but this was only once or twice throughout our stay
Room was wonderfull, hot tub was excellent, food was reasonably priced for the area and couldn't really find anywhere cheaper outside hotel, toiletries included were great along with hairdryer and bottled water on request. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Tv had access to everything you could want to watch, tea and coffee provided in Room also lovely
Only thing that was an issue was there was a small mark on the bed when we got there and once cleaners had been in next day they hadn't changed the bed but just made it, very minor issue nothing to make a fuss about
Initially we were given a hugely disappointing room - no wardrobe, no drawers, lower floor, small and dark. I asked for a room with a wardrobe and we were immediately given one.
This is a 5 star hotel. There was no fridge, no coffee machine, nowhere to put anything in the bathroom where the fan made a dreadful noise long after it was turned off. The spa was in a pub, there was loud music all the time, nowhere to sit peacefully

One rude patronising barman only reason this wasn’t a 10 made me feel uncomfortable and after excellent service from Sid the night before standards were so high & I hate to make complaints this was the most tempted I’ve ever been
Location, Service, Food and Staff were all excellent. the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Arrival and greeting were exceptional. Overall comfort and relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, there was nothing that we didn't like apart from the slow filling time for the bath.

I came back to one of my favourite places for my friends birthday and they kindly upgraded us, which was so amazing. The rooms are lovely, beds are so comfortable. Hot tub outside is a bonus. Food on property is delicious. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is beautiful, with a fab location . The staff are very friendly and welcoming . It has great facilities including the very relaxing spa. The hotel offers a variety of places to dine from the on site pub , terrace and Japanese restaurant.
