The most perfect place to stay in the lakes.
Pros:

The spa was unreal and the staff were so lovely. There was a guy called Patrick and he was so professional & lovely.

Cons:

There could be a few touches up done with light paint. But nothing really. Loved it.

Overall, it was lovely. Would recommend, and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Very nice staff when you asked for or about anything. Lovely room with hot tub. Lovely Spa and wellness treatment centre. Complimentary proseco on arrival. Complimentary drive in their Bentley into Windermere itself if you were going out for a meal. Not too many guests

Cons:

Room was a little too warm, and ac unit would of made it perfect in the room. The breakfast had some food that had been out a little while, it would be better if the food was made to order.

Wonderful
Pros:

Our room was large with quality furniture comfy bed and great views over the lake.

Cons:

Only thing was the only windows that opened were small but there were 3 fans in the room.

Perfect relaxing stay after becoming husband and wife
Pros:

The ladies on reception could not be nicer, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and congratulated for just been married, then we were told that they had upgraded us to a suite, then we were passed over to Patrick…. One of the kindest men we have ever met!!!! From start of our stay to checking out was amazing and thank you you everyone,,,, and the breakfast was perfect we will definitely be back

Third time I’ve stayed here with zero issues at all staff are very welcoming and easy to talk to. Pool area is good even

The cocktail bar and the seating outside.

Cons:

You were restricted to what cocktails you could have in the spa, you had to get out of rhe hot tubs to knock them back on which is not ideal, all the other spas ive been to you ghad waiter service but not.in yours.
