Definitely stay there again
Pros:

Very clean and the owners were very helpful,courteous. Breakfast was very nice even if I only stayed one night I would stay again.

Cons:

Shower was a little tight and the shower head a bit wobbly,otherwise it was a pleasant overnight stay.

Our stay was very comfortable for us as my husband wasent well the room was spacious and spotless so he felt comfortable
Pros:

The people that owned it was so understanding that we had to leave early cause my husband was poorly the rooms was spotless and we had to stay in the room all night and all the facility’s was in the room that we needed the meal we had downstairs was amazing

We had a lovely Thai meal and bottle of wine. Unfortunately we had to eat in the bar which rather spoilt the experience. We should have said ! The restaurant is beautiful and where we ate a quality breakfast. Some difficulty flushing loo...

Extremely pleasant and will 100% stay and eat again

The welcome from Paul and his wife / The wonderful Thai food (British menu available too) / Location in Builth Wells as easily walkable to village and the Royal Welsh grounds / The attention to the smaller details often missed by many / spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom

Amazing, will happily recommemd to friends and stay again
Pros:

Didnt have any of the food that was served this time round.


The location was really good, 10 mins from the showground and around 5 mins from the closest bus stop aswell.


The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked 2 rooms and upon asking we were allowed to have al our dogs in one room, i was happy to loose the money on the other room that i booked but the property managed to sell that, room and i got a refund for the room i didnt use.


The staff were friendlg and helpful, we had everyting explained clearly to us and we were shown how to get to our room, able to ssettle the dogs before we came back down to collect our luggage.

Lovely couple keeping the place.
Wonderfull experiment, hotel stuff had really but a thought with little things (tooth brushes etc) to surprise us.

A good one night stop over.
Pros:

Comfortable room. Food, evening meal and breakfast, both delicious.
Close to nearby park for an evening walk.
Good parking facilities. Nice town to wander round.

Cons:

Room was not as clean as it could have been. This was mainly in tge areas which were not immediately visible, for eg under the eves.
