The staff were helpful - packed my breakfast for my final day. The bar was only open till 10 meant it was quiet. The room was well equipped and comfortable

A wonderful large room and bathroom. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. A great location in the middle of Faversham. Breakfasts were tasty.
Unfortunately, the limited parking available made it awkward as you never knew whether you were going to be able to park after taking the car anywhere. As the nearby car parks all charged from 7am in the morning, it gets expensive if you are staying for any length of time.
Room was spacious and beds super comfy breakfast was brilliant too. Would definitely come back

I salute the owners,. This is a great pub with superb drinks selection, fine ales on frequent rotation, good value food, friendly and happy accommodating staff, Really made us feel welcome. nice room, no special views, but well appointed and everything in good working order. A few minutes walk from the main high street with wonderful individual shops and pubs/restaurants.
It's an old building and the stairs are steeper and narrower than you might have at home, so an old crock like me had to take more care. In the grand scheme of things, the positives far outweigh this minor issue.

Bang in the centre of Faversham right by the creek

We had a lovely stay at The Quay.
Our room was on the top floor, spacious enough, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
All staff we interacted with were lovely.
Breakfast was delicious.

After hours access was confusing
Got there early as there were only four parking spaces in total so we were lucky. The lady behind the bar was extremely helpful and friendly and showed us to our room, no.2.. The room was fine for our needs. Unfortunately the tv didn't have a signal but as we were going out to a family birthday party nearby, it didn't matter.
Overnight I was kept awake due to a nearby generator that came on for 38 seconds every three minutes. My wife slept through it though.
We had to leave early the next morning and missed the cooked breakfast that we had booked the night before.

Good location. Staff very friendly. Room was a nice size, very clean and bed was very comfortable. Very good value for money.
Not really a case of not liking, but no tea bags in our room. There were coffee capsules for the coffee machine, but no sachets - maybe me looking fir an easier option 1st thing in morning.
Excellent location as we were working at the brewery which is across the road.

There are four parking spaces for guests which is a nice bonus.
I needed to do some work but there wasn't a desk or table in the room which made it more difficult.
The shower took quite along time to warm up, but once it did it was good.
