I’d highly recommend this place to stay especially with children . Lovely hotel .
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Nice and clean, quiet and nice family room with comfortable beds. Nice and tidy too . Haven’t got anything negative to say. The lady was lovely too . We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hosts, spotlessly clean, only downside it was a little bit dated but you can look past that for how clean it was
Pros:

Absolutely spotless, never stayed in a hotel as clean, the hosts were fantastic

Cons:

Totally my fault but too far from the centre, didn’t realise when I booked how far up north it was

Great place . Lovely Staff
Pros:

Lovely clean rooms with free tea , coffee , milk and bottled water . Also Got a bonus of early check in free of charge .The staff were helpful and polite .

Cons:

It’s around a 20 minute ish walk to the tower area which is fine because we like a walk . Of course there’s plenty of taxis if you wanted one .

It would of been nice to be made welcome on arrival I arrived Saturday and didn’t see anyone felt like there’s ya key ge
Pros:

Was clean comfy bed and we got early check in

Cons:

There was no one about at the hotel at all if you needed anything says breakfast but there was no breakfast at all was very much out the way

Perfect
Pros:

We arrived and the staff was there to greet us asking if we needed help with our bags. The room was so cosy and exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfy. Facilities in the room and toiletries were provided. Thank you for a lovely stay we will be returning soon. x

Pros:

The location was great close to the tram stop so super convenient to get to the tower and all the places you would want to go.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfy

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t the best. The shower was like a game of roulette it was either freezing cold or scolding hot. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the hotel. We were on the top floor and could smell it but the lower you went the stronger it was. There were air fresheners around the hotel but unfortunately it did not cover the smell.
