Perfectly located for my activity and appropriately priced

They have irresponsible receptionist . I contacted them earlier that i m going to check in at 23:10 and arrived at the property at 23:06 we agree that they are going to leave keys at the door but there were no keys. . Reception is off , no out of hours or emergency contact number written anywhere around reception . I stranded without place to stay . I wait till 2 am so booking.com find me a alternative place to stay. .
Staff was friendly. Breakfast good. Good to stay when you have conference or party.
Very good audibility from outside. No plug to near beds where to plug computer.

Great cooked breakfast was available, The sausage and Egg toasted Bap was particularly good. The motel/Chalet Style of the hotel was nice. You can park outside your room, and there was plenty of parking.
As per the room welcome information, we made a point of asking for no housekeeping on the first day, so my partner could get much her needed rest for a few hours. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff did not get this message, They made a lot of noise trying to get in and appeared to walk away laughing and mocking my partner after she politely declined the housekeeping again. The walls are thin so you can hear the adjacent rooms, but this was expected from previous reviews.
The location suited me well - near to where I was attending an event.
The place is just shabby. Receptionist on check in was very good but she was also the bar person and chef.
Food was plastic reheated even the breakfast was poor.
For where we needed to be for the Saturday and Sunday it was a good location

The location is what brings us here, it's a short walk to our friend's house!
It's very dated and a bit grubby. No blinds on the ground floor bathroom! No plug sockets by the bed, not vacuumed under the bed, walls are scraped, stained and marked. Breakfast was disappointing, no hash browns, tea and coffee were undrinkable and the clean juice glasses were carried out by holding them pinched from the top with fingers in them!
Bed very comfortable.
1 Pillow slip was dirty rubbish under bed breakfast was very poor. Saturday bacon was missing had to ask for it eggs were swimming in grease not told you had to get your own tea/coffee.
Sunday waited for over 30 mins for a bacon sausage bap and a full english what came minus hash brown whilst people who came after us were served there's.
