Space, pool & chilled atmosphere
Only downside was mix up with room booking. We’d booked a triple room, but they’d allocated us a twin. Seems to have been a break down in process. Luckily our 10 year old was happy with a camp bed.

Purtroppo manca l’ascensore per raggiungere le camere che sono ai piani superiori. La camera quando siamo arrivati era molto calda e non c’é aria condizionata: fortunatamente il clima fresco ha aiutato.

No Air Con which was a surprise. Much needed as extremely hot.
The staff were brilliant in moving our room as we wanted a balcony facing the golf course. They couldn't have been nicer.
There was a power cut so not much at breakfast.
Pool and steam room.
Not much walking possible in the grounds if you're not playing golf.
Staff didn't offer to check me in at a second desk, even though a staff member and computer were available. I had to wait for previous guests to complete. Then, as soon as I was being served the second staff member decided they'd help the next person.
No lift to bedrooms
Sauna, steam room and changing rooms very good, plenty of staff around who were all very professional and presented as you would expect
Hydro-pool out of order, Swimming pool roof damaged with wood splinters in the water, no air-con only a very dust filled fan in the room, in this heat made the room excessively hot even with window open, room dirty, lots of dust and the carpets faded and stained. Beds very uncomfortable. Needs significant investment to bring it back up to scratch.
