Guest Reviews
Good buffet breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff
Poor service and food in the restaurant. We waited an hour to receive our order, our drinks order never even arrived. We were then offered the dessert menus, but no one returned to take our dessert order. We waited 39 minutes and gave up and went without
Good breakfast
Hotel is tired from what I remember needs updating in decor beds uncomfortable furniture average not value for money
Room was fine nice and clean
Waited almost an hour for something to eat in the main bar in the evening.. Others were served before me despite ordering afterwards. Took almost an hour before my order was delivered by which time I was well past it. This is despite chasing after 40 mins.
Although breakfast is advertised as starting at 6.30 am found this not to be true. No cups available for drinks and seemed to lack organisation. Eggs arrived 22mins after opening time which is poor. Need to sort this out urgently. No excuse for saying we were very busy as for (evening meal) as nobody else had arrived as yet !! Need to organise and plan !!
Clean and comfortable
Fixtures and fittings a bit dated.
Beautiful location. Very clean and well presented. Staff were friendly. Excellent value for money.
The bathroom looked a little tired. Restaurant service was slow.
When booking, the hotel staff were very kind to grant our request of 2 rooms next to each other and one room being accessible for my 80 year old mother.
Our rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Great water pressure in the shower with lovely rainful shower heads.
We loved using the pool and jacuzzi daily.
Breakfast in the atrium was very good with a variety of hot and cold choices.
The Robins singing in the trees outside our rooms was a delightful bonus.
We would definitely stay here again.
Thank you, Woodbury Park.
Being able to have the connecting door (between our 2 rooms) unlocked would have been an advantage, but our requests came to nothing, sadly.
