Well appointed, good pool and gym; generally clean and up to date.
Food (breakfast/evening meal distinctly average. Rooms overlooking atrium have lights shining in all night despite blinds.

Great property (lodges). Loads of space, comfortable beds and pillows. The lodge are a perfect family gateway! Big rooms. Great swimming pool.
There was a prom while we were there. We were not informed about it. There was no noise and it didn’t affect our stay however it took us 30 minutes to get to the hotel after we went out for an evening meal. When I spoke to one of the staff I was told ‘I SHOULDVE KNOWN!’. If we were informed of this we would’ve eaten on site and avoid all the traffic getting to the hotel after.

Good size room and bathroom. Large comfy bed - a bit firm for me but good.
The location is lovely - staff were great.
I had a treatment at the spa which was excellent.
You can use the pool anytime on the day of arrival and departure - even before and after you have checked in/ out
My room felt a bit stripped back - a comfy chair /desk or at least another piece of furniture would have been great and only 1 pack of biscuits , 1 tea bag etc = a bit stingy.
The fan supplied didnt work and was filthy - but they did find another for me, although this was by taking one from a room where the people hadnt checked in yet - I got the impression it wouldnt have happened otherwise. So someone else may have gone without - perhaps having a few spares available would be good
The batteries in the remote need changing.

Lovely building and great leisure facilities , room was nice with everything you need, nice tea n coffee selection. Really friendly and helpful staff. Food was good. Shower was awesome. Powerful and hot!
The double bed was two singles pushed together , and I woke up stuck in the middle a little uncomfortable, but I would stay again
Nothing
It needs renovating. Old fashioned bathroom and room with no air con. The fire alarm went off at 11.45 pm. There was no announcement or staff to guide us. There were no directions to the stairs to use. Guest safety not a consideration at all! It went on for about 10 minutes. I got dressed and was leaving the room when another guest said it was a false alarm. Still no staff or public announcement. No apology when checking out the next morning either until I mentioned it.
Nice location, good parking
Disjointed breakfast, first morning the eggs arrive 35mins after ordering so breakfast had been eaten, this morning we ordered the eggs and they came out immediately so didn't get time to eat cereal.
The pool was being used for children's classes so unable to have a swim, and lots of young girls in men's changing rooms which was most uncomfortable
We left after seeing how dirty and hot the Lodge was 31 C degrees, it was not habitable at all .
After requesting to be moved we were informed they were fully booked. I explained that we would need to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. The staff at reception was helpful, but said they were unable to refund the first day of our stay, but would refund the 2nd night. I am now be attempting to receive a refund for both nights as the heat in the lodge was dangerously high. Secondly, the the condition of the lodge was dirty and tired and should not have been advertised until it has a complete update.
We can not believe that the lodge is advertised as LUXURY absolutely a mis-representation and mis-advertising. Please see photos attached.
