The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed
Went in the swimming pool to be told we couldn't swim because of the class that was happening, waste of a visit and when we checked in to use the spa we should have been told.
Ate in the restaurant in the evening, service was not great and when commented on the food not being very tasty, the person server argued with us saying it wasn't how we had experienced it! Disappointing and rude!
The room was great: big, clean and modern. Being able to join in the classes as a guest, on top of having the pool, saunas and gym, was a bonus. We had half hour facials in the spa, which were very relaxing and used gorgeous products. I love the fact it’s so close to Topsham and the beach. A super location in a beautiful setting. Really excellent value.
We were disappointed with the restaurant food and service: our waitress wasn’t particularly friendly and the curry did not taste homemade. It was better to eat out.
The beds were very comfy. Big screen tvs. Very close to where we were going. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Also super to have the driving range as something else to do
