Fantastic location, great price, very friendly owners
Room is small and the beds were stiff but if you are aware of that then for a weekend it's fine
Nice clean room. Located close by to pleasure beach the arcade and the beach.
The host were a a Lovely couple who took care of any needs we had.

We had 2 push chairs and were on 3rd floor. (The hotel knew this as we told them the ages of children)

To say the room sleeps 2 adults 2 children. It was tiny. With the pushchair in the room we could barely move.
Mould all in bathroom around the shower.
Shower drain used to fill up so was like a pool of water when you were having a shower.
Windows were filthy.
Breakfast was not the greatest either. One and half sausage on a sandwich.
Room was lovely really clean , enough room for all of us 2 adults and 4 kids. Location was good nice little walk through Blackpool to get to our hotel the staff are really lovely.
Very good location, minutes from pleasure beach , lovely owners and free parking
The mattresses are really uncomfortable, can feel the springs and the bunk beds squeaked all night if the kids moved on them.
Great for the pleasure beach & sandcastle. Owners were very accommodating, and the beds were very comfy. I will be back again.

It was comfortable and close to the pleasure beach amusement park, sandcastle waterpark as well as many side attractions. Very decent breakfast, staff are friendly and chatty.
Asides from the bathroom being quite tight, a little upgrade may be required just like every other accommodation.

Could do with replacable kettles and the ones we had in our 2 rooms were really rusted, the lady was quick to grab another though, tvs could be bigger as we could barley see anything especially it being so high up aswell, could also do with redecorating as the wallpaper was coming away, and a new carpet as there's black marks, upon arrival the bar wasnt stocked at all, most alcohol and alcoholic things wernt available. The place did have a musty smell to it coming and going through the place but that could be due to being closed for a while.
Only got woken up once during the night but that wasnt the hotels fault as there was people in cars being loud. The room was VERY warm as its a suntrap. Better bedlight lamps needed as the one we had took about 5 attempts to turn on and off.
New pillows as when we stripped the bed before leaving it was very yellow stained.

The hosts were very polite and helpful the breakfast was exceptional and very nice they also have a very nice tortoise which was nice the hosts were very good to sort parking and a permit out for us we will definitely be staying again the bed was very comfortable best sleep I've had in a while and the room was very clean towels and bathroom stuff were all ready for us everything was very good can't fault anything good location aswell

Well the room was way way to small for a family of 3........there was a sink in the corner of the room.the bathroom was a shower and toilet a broken toiletroll holder so when you've finished in the loo you had no choice but to spread the germs around the room because you had no choice what so ever to go back in the so called living space and wash your hands..(to me that is massive health and safety concern....people go use the toilet in there own room but do have any sanitizer..
