Lovely place, just needs better curtains and an update to the shower.
Pros:

Very central and nice staff! Also very clean and well furnished.

Cons:

There were no curtains, just paper blinds so I was up at the crack of dawn with the light coming in the window. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the shower head needs a change as it was leaking.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Very friendly receptionist. Hotel is very cosy and has a warm feeling to it. Room is fairly modern with a decent sized TV and a shower which is easy to use

Cons:

Room was a little bit on the small side, Hotel entrance wasn't clear on how to enter as front door to Hotel is permanently locked and required room key.

10/10 stay would stay here again!
Pros:

Very good value for money, was perfect for going to an event at the Mattioli Arena. Bed was comfy and clean, room and bathroom was spotless. Was nice and quiet aswell. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower. Once I managed to get the shower working, the temperature increased on its own and I couldn’t turn it down so it became extremely hot after a few minutes.
