Nice clean rooms, good entertainment, breakfast is beautiful.
Unfortunately no wifi in the rooms and in the summer its very warm need a table fan put in each room as I couldn't sleep with the heat.
Location, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Good bar area,drinks reasonable prices. Excellent mirror in bedroom and plenty of plug sockets
Booked 2 rooms. One room had dirty pillow cases and both rooms need a bin in the main bedroom. Second room needs a chair or stool. Toilet roll needs to be on the wall next to the toilet rather than on the cistern behind you.
The staff were all so nice! Very friendly every time I talked to them. Pub downstairs where I could order food and bring it to the room and the food was very reasonably priced. Lots of towels, the beds were quite comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. This was a quick stay for one night in Birmingham before catching a flight and my six year old son was so happy eating his pub food in the room and watching trains go by out the window. The pub music stopped around ten even though it was a weekend so it wasn’t noisy. The window opened nice and wide so the room wasn’t hot. Great value for the price.
The cleaning needs to be done more carefully, the bathroom had some leftover hair etc from previous guests.
The inn was incredibly cheap. For the price the room was clean and neat although a little dated. I stayed while there was an important football match on TV and heard no noise from the bar downstairs. Plenty of parking
