Noisy location.
Pros:

location for what we needed it for. Albeit the town is boring and no good food around. The restaurant was int he hotel used to be good but is now terrible.

Cons:

No air conditioning. So hot in the room. Then if you open the window, it is so noisy outside. from the evening drunks to the morning where the deliveries begin with loud banging from 6am

Great venue, great rooms - very funky. Definitely coming back.
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful, the bed amazingly comfortable and staff attentive. The food for breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The restaurant closed at 9.00 and despite having been in the bar for an hour we were not informed. No air conditioning, which usually wouldn’t matter.

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff, little noisy with window open.
Pros:

The room was nice and the lady that let me in was friendly. All amenities were there and the ceiling fan was handy in the heat (see comments below).
Shower worked well and the room was clean.

Cons:

There were no instructions about checking out. I stayed when it was hot and the ceiling fan was a bit noisy and took some working. Having the window open was a bit noisy from passers-by. Fans in the room that you can redirect yourself would be more helpful than a ceiling fan.

over all really nice accommodation
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and good value for money, we also had a evening meal on the night we arrived which was also really nice.
great selection of cocktails ,two for £15

Cons:

we stayed on the hottest weekend of the year and had three rooms all were unbearable hot no air conditioning just a roof fan, which made it very difficult to sleep

Needed an iron and ironing board during our stay and staff had to go to the sister hotel to get one. It's a shame all rooms didn't have one

Short overnight stay.
Pros:

Very clean and modern room. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Very noisy location, room too hot, no fan and window wouldn’t stay open unless we propped it open with the bathroom bin.

Everything was good very clean and comfortable. Reasonable rates. Loved the ceiling fan. Bought one when we got home.

Cons:

The room would benefit from a small table/ desk of some description.
