Our Room 303 was dreadful. It had broken glass on one of the windows and both windows were dirty on the inside as well as out. We were only able to
Open one window six inches the other window we couldn’t open at all. Both windows are rotten. There was a hole in the fabric of one of the chairs in the room. There was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom which I assume was the drains. The paper on the walls was cracked in places and a dreadful colour. The plug socket on the wall above the dressing table was coming off the wall. There was only one Waitress in the Dining Room having to do everything. I really felt for her
rushing to replenish cutlery, juices, milk
clearing tables and cleaning them etc etc. This room should never have been allocated to a guest. Management should be ashamed. Unfortunately we did not take any photographs.

Pros:

We had a lovely time at this hotel, bedroom is need of a upgrade. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We visited the restaurant for evening meal, service very good and food excellent.

Hotel Location good, restaurant for evening meal well worth a visit.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean and central.

Cons:

Small double booked. Only negative was room very cramped with too much furniture. If dressing table was removed tv put on wall. It would be so much better.

Pros:

Най хубавото и пухкаво легло,въпреки че отначало ме стаписа ретро обстановката.
Прекрасна закуска! Има безплатен паркинг на улицата отпред. Гледката е невероятна, въпреки скелето.

Cons:

Не наемайте малка стая, тя не е малка ,а миниатюрна, но в последствие ни преместих в по голяма, за което сърдечно благодаря.
Има, като всяка стара сграда малко проблем с налягането на водата.
