Comfy Authenticly Old Pub & Accom
Pros:

We loved staying here - very cute authentically old pub with fantastic accomodation (very comfy bed) - beautiful meals too ♥️

Cozy little English 15th century inn with comfortable rooms and lovely food.
Pros:

1. Lovely location, it is about 20min from main Oxford but thats the beauty of it !
2. Staff were superb esp Laura
3. Breakfast variety was limited but good. There was a menu to order from but also tea/coffee, juice, cereal. Some fruits, croissants, and some yogurt would have made it more complete
4. Room was cozy and comfortable
5. Dinner menu was nice and so was the desserts. Fish and Steak highly recommended

Cons:

1. There are tons of spiders and webs everywhere. They need to clean that up, esp outside all rooms
2. Housekeeping (room cleaning) was Ok but on one day it wasnt done properly for some reason

An enjoyable stay at The Coach and Horses
Pros:

The staff were extremely good - friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The accommodation was as expected from previous reviews - a good pub standard. It was ideally located as we were headed to visit the Mini Factory Tour the next day.

Pros:

Es ist ein schönes altes Gebäude. Unser Zimmer war im Nebengebäude mit Blick in den Wald. Dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratzen müssten ausgetauscht werden. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn an den Fenstern Fliegengitter wären. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, haben wir über Nacht die Fenster offen gelassen. Dadurch kommt einiges an Mücken und Fliegen herein.

Pros:

Das Restaurant, wir haben abends dort lecker gegessen und gemütlich gesessen. Die Terasse war sehr entspannt.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage-was wohl landestypisch ist :-)
Ein Ventilator wäre gut gewesen.

Well worth a visit
Pros:

Excellent find for an overnight stop. Room was clean, comfortable and had all amenities required. Food and beer was very good. Staff were really friendly and most helpful.

Relaxing and good value.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful 17th century coaching inn. The rooms are not in the main property but in a courtyard at the rear. Rooms are very nice and well furnished. Food at the in. Was spectacular.
