Ok in emergency, however staff all trying their best to please
Pros:

They seem to prefer quantity over quality however choice was ok,bar facilities good

Cons:

Condition of room, everything is too dated, rusty radiator in bathroom,sink pedestal did not fit, crack in bath panel, light shades not secured,TV too dated and small,no internal telephone, room too noisy from street below, window sills need repainting due to being scratched by secondary double glazing which was useless.

It was great!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage im Westen von Cornwall. Ein Hotel mit langer Tradition. Grosses Restaurant und Pub. Mein Zimmer war riesig. Sehr nettes Personal. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Aussenbereich mit Sitzplätzen.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, hôtel à éviter.
Pros:

Nous sommes restés une nuit. Nous étions 5 voitures et nous avons apprécié le parking gratuit. Les repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient corrects.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé 8 chambres pour une nuit. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très vieillot et mériterait d'être rénové. La qualité de la literie était déplorable, les matelas étaient creux, mous et les lits grinçaient à chaque mouvement.
Les salles de bains n'étaient pas pratiques, pas de douche mais une baignoire avec un flexible attaché au mur pratiquement inutilisable.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w hotelu nad starym, klimatycznym pubem, dokładnie to czego szukaliśmy.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie w cenie, duże pokoje, komfortowo, sprawne wifi, miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu, klimatyczny pub z dobrym jedzeniem na dole

Cons:

W weekend było faktycznie trochę głośno w nocy, ale po opiniach byliśmy na to przygotowani. Śniadania mogłyby być serwowane do późniejszej godziny
