Needs a refurb
Nothing to be honest
Not sure where to start. The smoking area within the childrens play area which out room over looked. Smoke for kids and the smell in our room. No mention of the building works, the silverfish lice in the bathroom .. just a really bad experience. Too many to list, a shocking experience.
Very relaxing

The resort was, in overall, good. Location was convenient....
Dinner was expensive and not very good. This was much more a menu focused on family/children. The few selections were bland; lacked an appetising presentation for what we were ordering....
It was so friendly. Lovely staff. Good room. Clean. Outstanding breakfast. The wholemeal bread is the best since my mother's and she has been dead for 36 years. The chef kindly talked to me about it. I still think I won't be able to recreate hers . Her boss set up the chat for me. My son and I just loved it.
A path which you could use to walk into Limavady would be good. We did have a car but when my son was elsewhere it was tricky to sort transport to get to see my brother. (All sorted by lifts from the family in the end). But I would have been happy to walk in .
Loved the cooler weather and was even delighted to see the rain!
Honestly, I smiled from beginning to end. But I don't want my name appearing on any advertising. I am happy to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay.

Dated bathrooms
The hotel and the golf course were outstanding. The suite had a fantastic view of the golf course and was on the far, far (quiet) end of the hallway. That’s a good thing as there were many very small children at the hotel due to the play areas and the fact it specializes in children’s activities, oh, and golf!
Breakfast was a busy, noisy, haphazard affair with lots of families and small children running about. The food itself was fine, not great, but good enough.
Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Facilities for children were outstanding, so impressed. We will definitely be back

Very autism friendly what was important to us
70% of the blue badge park spaces were not used for blue badge holders… and with a disabled little boy who uses a wheelchair this was inconvenient.. people need to show more respect to these spaces
