Pros:

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Besonders angenehm war auch das bequeme Bett, in dem wir wunderbar schlafen konnten. Insgesamt ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer könnte etwas moderner und gepflegter sein. Außerdem haben uns kleine Handtücher gefehlt.

Прекрасный доброжелательный персонал, хорошая транспортная развязка.Номера чистые, Включен хороший сбалансированный завтрак в помещении с видом в сад. Тихо и уютно. Рядом через в остановки набережная и пляж Портобелло.
.Из аэропорта к гостинице лучше добираться на трамвае или автобусе 100 до Принцесс стрит и пересесть на автобус 26 до остановки Мойра Террас. Такси очень дорого -63 фунта . Город и люди чудесные. Спасибо за хорошее обслуживание.

Pros:

Ubytovanie je veľmi dobre situované, chôdzou 15 minút od Portobelo beach, autobusom 20 minút do centra (zastávka je priamo pri ubytovaní).
Personál bol úžasný, veľmi priateľský a starostlivý.
Raňajky boli dobré. Izby zodpovedajú popisu, človek v nich našiel všetko čo potreboval.

The shower is BAD, hardly any pressure. They promise free wifi but in the room we were in (room 7) the signal was hardly there, our phones did not even want to use it.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, busszal nagyon egyszerű bejutni a városba, a tengerpart is közel van, boltok szintén megtalálhatók a közelben. A reggeli nagyon finom volt. A szoba tiszta, tágas, jól berendezett, az ágy kényelmes. A fürdőszoba is megfelelő, mindig volt meleg víz. A személyzet kedves, érdeklődő, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, máskor is szívesen szállunk meg itt.

Cons:

Az utcára néző szoba nagyon zajos. Szeptemberben voltunk, nagyon hűvös volt a szobában, nem volt fűtés. Egy mikró is jó lenne a szobába. Ez még nem volt olyan nagy baj, viszont ami egyáltalán nem tetszett az az, hogy megérkeztünk a szállásra 9-10 óra között és közölte a személyzet egyik tagja, hogy a szobánk készen van és elfoglalhatjuk, ha fizetúnk 40£-ot. Ezt visszautasítottuk, akkor "már csak" 25£-volt, ezt sem fogadtuk el. Számomra ez felháborító volt, akárhány országban jártam eddig, ha hamarabb érkeztem és készen volt a szoba, elfoglalhattam díjmentesen.

Parfait pour un court-moyen séjour
Pros:

C'est proche d'un arrêt de bus, pas loin du centre et facile à trouver. Le coin est calme Le personnel est adorable et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Vue superbe sur le jardin et la mer.

Cons:

Chambre un peu froide car pas de chauffage, mais ils ont été très réactifs et m'en ont apporté un dès le lendemain. Les serviettes sont de faible qualité (très fines).

Good hotel in old Victorian House

The property is located in charming Victorian house, dated 1905-1910. It is near Portobello beach. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfasts were good.

Great location just outside of the city. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Located near good transport links back into the City. Also, 15 min walk to the beach.
Our room was clean, nicely decorated and spacious.
Breakfast was good, choice of continental options and hot food.
The breakfast conservatory is bright and welcoming.
There were plenty of tea bags, milk pods and coffee sachets.

Cons:

The Shower was a very small enclosure, not much room to move.
My p.m shower was basically cold, did not get decent hot water to shower with.
Bathroom could do with a refresh of paintwork.
King size bed for that size room would be ideal.
Room wasn’t very dark in the morning as the blinds let in light around the edges. There is a curtain track up, curtains as well would be better.
Restaurant not open and bar was closed - though the staff member did open it briefly for us to take a drink each to our room.
