Cons:

The room is ridiculously small. The photos on the Booking.com website were not of the same apartment. I had to keep my suitcase on the bed. Hardly enough room to change.

Good option on a budget
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Upon arriving at midday there was a charge to either leave bags in storage or pay for early check in.
Bed was comfy but not long enough especially for two people.
Rooms not insulated so can hear everything going on in corridor.

Great location for visiting the theatres. Clean room, comfy bed and friendly reception staff.

Not very impressed.
Cons:

The beds were super uncomfortable, first room we were given had hairs and stains all over the sheet. Marks on the walls. Crumbs on the floor.

Loud and claustrophobic.
Pros:

The location is great for getting around, with transport a 5-10 minute walk away and very close to multiple theatres and Buckingham/St James.
It was clean (though the hallways had a strong smell) and the day staff were very professional and friendly.
The hot drinks machine was tasty and cheap and it was nice to have someone at reception 24/7.

Cons:

It was very very noisy, you can hear everything other guests around you are doing at night and from 12-am to 3am a group of men congregated in reception seemingly to socialise, my room was right above reception so it was loud and felt off-putting walking past them when I went outside to smoke (because they were keeping me awake).
You can pay for a hot or cold drink in reception but other than that there are very basic facilities, they only supply a body wash in the bathroom and it's a very uncomfortable place to shower, there's barely enough room to get changed in the bedroom itself and only one small bedside table to charge electronics, set drinks down ect.
It wasn't too bad in the room by myself but once the other guest was in it felt very claustrophobic and there was a lock on the balcony so that it only opens a tiny bit.

Acceptable if you only go for one or two nights and do not plan to stay any time at the hotel.
Pros:

The location is everything.

Cons:

The lack of space. The bathroom was so tiny that everything was practically on top of everything else, the toilet was basically in the shower, and the sink was practically on top of the toilet.

ideal location, friendly staff but tiny.
Pros:

the location was great and easily accessible when you travel by coach and then use the underground.
We had a room without windows in the lower ground which was tiny.
the airconditioning was working well.

Cons:

the lack of windows is quite disturbing (we were told at the time of booking), it was extremely small.
A noise which we could not placed, woke us up 2 or 3 times during the night.
