La amabilidad de los trabajadores siempre dispuestos a ayudarme en la entrada al hotel colocando una rampa plegable en una de las entradas, fuese la hora que fuese.
La habitación, pese a ser el tamaño familiar, era un poco pequeña, y no tenía ningún armario o cajón dentro. Además la silla de ruedas no entraba por poco en el cuarto de baño.

The room was too small for two people. Bathroom was tiny and didn't have a countertop. Only storage space was under the bed 🛏️ Room was very noisy 👎

Location is perfect! Rght next to the Victoria statiom, so you're at a 15 min tube/bus ride from anywhere in central london. The price-quality rate is also very good. Bed was confortable, and staff was very nice and kind.
The room we stayed was the cheapest one, so it was very small and had no window. It's ok for a 3-4 day stay, but more than that would start to get unconfortable. The room is indeed VERY small, to apoint where me and my parthner had to ged dressed at differen times, because there was no space for the both of us staying up. The bathroom is also very small (the smallest I've ever seen tbh). But again, if you're planning a short stay and don't mind spending a couple of days on a little prision cell themed hotel room.
Location was great for Victoria and getting around London.

I stayed at easyHotel Victoria in London because my son had an appointment at the US Consulate early in the morning, so we had to stay overnight in London We arrived at the hotel around 6pm very tired. There were two staff members at reception, check-in was so easy and all the information we needed was there and bc the appointment was at 9am, I asked if I could leave my bag at the hotel as I couldn’t take the big bag into the consulate. Even though they normally charge for luggage storage, the receptionist was so nice and told me that because it was only a small bag, they wouldn’t charge me I been working in hospitality for 15 years and honestly, the staff were really good. The hotel was clean, smelled nice and the beds were comfortable. My son slept really well and they even gave him a chocolate bar, Special shout-out to the male receptionist who helped us. He was really friendly and genuinely good at his job. Great customer service!

Tiny room. No place where to put your stuff (shelves, sidebed table, cabinet in bathroom...etc). It was so small we had to do turns to be around the room. Maybe ok for single use.
The room was clean and tidy but it was extremely small, it didn’t look that small in the pictures before

The shower is so shallow that the water immediately overflowed, meaning some went out of the bathroom in to the main area.
