Basic as advertised but fine for short visit
Pros:

Good location , basic but clean . We had quad family room which was smallish but 2 comfortable double beds so perfect for a 1 night stay

It was comfortable and clean. There was too much noise that could be heard from other rooms.

There were no breakfast facilities sadly

A normal bin in the room would have been good for general waste.

Pros:

The staff were amazing, the gave us free early check in due a tiny issue that wasn't even an issue, and left some lovely gifts and a nice note wishing my daughter a lovely birthday..so kind.
Air con was fab..room was lovely and cosy, great location, definitely would return

Very central to all of locations. Very friendly accommodating staff. Comfy bed. Amazing shower

The staff were so lovely and couldn’t have helped more with directions, gave us a map. The room was very clean,, will definitely stay there again.

Excellent value for money and perfect for using as a base when visiting London
Pros:

The room is very basic, just a bed, TV and bathroom with shower but we only used it as a base to sleep in so met all of our requirements. The staff on check in were very friendly and even offered something out of the refreshment fridge free of charge for my son. Easy to check in and easy to check out

Cons:

The walls were quite thin and we did hear other guests when they arrived back to their room but it did not affect or ruin our stay in the slightest
