I love the friendliness of the staff. They always remember we have Stayed before. Breakfast is always excellent top quality food. The rooms are always very roomy.
The late check in and early checkout.
A little basic. Rooms/ dining rooms etc seemed very bare and kind of vibe less. However for a basic hotel when you just need somewhere to stay it does what it says on the tin. Building a bit tired but very clean despite this.
I like the breakfast the garden are beautiful I had a relaxed stay!

Broken sink , the smell of the bedroom and the cleaning left a lot to be desired , no information pack was led to believe that we could get food there , but if a wedding is being held there’s nothing available, and if you do want a drink from the bar you have to order via your room , not the best being stuck in a smelly room

Road and plane noise. Also the breakfast room was noisy with doors slamming, crockery clanging, too many hard surfaces, need something to buffer the noise.

The room was dirty, the shower leaked on the floor, no bath mat in the bath, we had to ask, we weren’t told about a wedding there on the day we arrived, so we’re not been able to use the restaurant or bar
The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly
Banging doors late night
Although the gentleman was very pleasant & polite that was on the reception, I felt he shouldn't have taken our meal order and served our breakfast and that wasn't his fault.. i feel that should have been a separate staff member.

Aeroplanes taking off at 07:00, not that the hotel can do anything about that it is just the location.
The bed was very comfortable and we got a very good night sleep. Staff were very helpful when we needed something when we checked in.
The breakfast was very poor. Never ask for the first time if we had allegeys. Not having beans made breakfast very dry if cannot eat eggs. Not a very good selection of cereals.

The rooms look nothing like the photos it's like stepping into something out of the 80s. It needs such a good clean and a lick of pain at least.
There was a wedding at the time of our stay which we were not informed of so could not use any of the facilities only had room service and the music did not end till 12pm and we were there for work. And we were under the music. Not a good experience.
Breakfast said it was a buffet on the qr code in the room There are a few things to pick yourself. Was asked if we wanted a full English no menu.
