This property is not as advertised anyone booking here please please do a local news search this will answer your questions I would not be allowed to post this so do research. The place is filthy I did not stay and did not get refund from booking.com rather the opposite I will stop using booking.com as they don't do due process of properties. The bed was not changed one in our six nights stay, we had to share a toilet with three other rooms, the shower was dirty and the doors were hanging off. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and filthy and not cleaned even once in our entire stay. We had one towel that had to last us for the six days. There were large shouting and banging doors every night at around 1.30am up until 3pm. Every evening. There was never anyone at the reception desk to complain or as for the bed to be changed or clean towels. They were taking homeless people off the street for a night at a time and charging nightly reduced rates. The whole place was absolutely filthy and no one to complain to. I will never, ever use your company again to book another hotel. I was totally disgusted with the whole place !
Everything from being staffed, cleaners, beds being freshened, new towels, clean toilets. We had none of this. The whole place was filthy. You have your photo up against this hotel! That says enough for me to never book with you again !

Place is filthy carpets i can honestly say ive never seen worse and to top it off a white dirty rug on top of the carpet . Worse place ive stayed ever .

Unfortunately, we would strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation.
My husband arrived and was shocked by the condition of the property. There were stains all over the carpets, the hotel smelled very unfresh, the walls were stained and the whole place was shabby and extremely undesirable.
More concerning was the feeling of safety and security. There were people hanging around the entrances, which made him feel very uncomfortable.
He also witnessed another customer being advised to move their car because it apparently wasn’t safe outside the property.
My husband felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that he left immediately and had to pay for alternative accommodation rather than stay.
We raised the matter with Booking.com, provided evidence of the condition of the property, and Booking.com subsequently refunded the booking in full.
This review is simply to make other travellers aware of our experience. Based on what my husband experienced, we would not stay here again and would advise others to avoid at all costs.
The owner refused to take my calls , my husband’s calls and booking.com calls and communications.

the place is a dump.no tea,TV,towels.Luckily it wasn't ensuite because the shared toilet leaked.Noisy neighbours.Do you have to be a stoner to stay there?

Room got sold to someone else, Shower and bathroom not clean, strangers walked into the room in the middle of the night, bathroom door handle didn’t work, no hot water

No kettle no curtains no sugar milk or teabags broken window couldnt close it no toilet roll nothing like the pictures its like an hostel least hostel have a kettle bad hotel woukdnt recommend
