Good location
It’s practically an HMO with vulnerable people living in it. I’m not sure if I was misinformed or didn’t do enough research. Either way, I would avoid if you don’t want to be woken up by a full on fight outside the door at 3am…

The rooms are old and smell a bit. There is no air conditioning. There is no mini-fridge.
Location was good staff wear nice and bed comfortable and no bed bugs. could of done with a blanket since it was hot night.
The log out could off been better wanted too bookout earlier we ended up leaving the keys in reception desk it looked like some over gest did the same.

- Bed bug found in bed.
- Struggled to check in.
- Language barrier with cleaner and was very rude.
- Electricity went out when plugging in the kettle, was then told it had switched off more than just our rooms electricity.
- Struggle to find anywhere to park. It’s entirely pot luck if there’s any spaces available nearby.
- Lack of security. Issues at front door of hotel at 3:20am.
- Room key was bent and was a struggle to open the door.

Lack of staff. Called the number on the door 6 times before the call was answered to be greeted by the owner was who 5 minutes away. The number advertised on booking.com also doesn’t work. The room was Baltic, the radiator didn’t work or heating in the old build wasn’t on. There was a stale smell of cigarette smoke in the room even though advertised as a non smoking building. Parking is stated however it’s pot luck on the side of the road as to whether you get a spot. We felt uncomfortable to stay so moved to a different well known hotel instead.

Had to phone to bring someone to reception.
The heating was not on and even when I asked the night-time receptionist, he said he will ask the landlord to switch it on, but it was not on at all. However, it was a good experience in overall.
