A charming property with good facilities and staff and the food was delicious. They provided a nice picnic for our visit to Glyndebourne.
The bedroom was way too hot and not particularly big.
Everyone at the Jolly Sportsman is so friendly and all seem to get on really well, they provide incredible food with a creative head chef and talented kitchen staff, with a wonderful pub garden to sample local food and drink. Our room was immensely comfortable, very well appointed, and it feels a real treat to wake up overlooking pretty walks or to the clipclop of horses walking by.

The cooked breakfast was nice , just fell short that there were no cereals on offer,or yoghurts.

Tranquil location, extremely friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
Slight wafting smells of sewage when climbing the stairs, breakfast is fantastic from a quantity point of view but a little simple.

Lovely large airy comfortable rooms, beautiful countryside location with lots of walks and great food & service. Restaurant was lovely with nice outside space and indoor/outdoor places to sit.
Quite noisy early morning deliveries happening underneath the bedroom windows! But probably made worse because we just had all the windows open and the shutters across for the summer heatwave ! Road to get to it was a bit tricky - single track road with passing places but some locals clearly like to drive along it fast ?!?! :D

Lovely food, comfortable bed, good shower, nice staff.
The accommodation is accessed by a wooden narrow outside staircase. Fine if your mobility allows.
Breakfast was great, as was dinner the night before. The staff were lovely.
We missed not having a wardrobe in our room and a shelf in the shower to hold our toiletries.
