Girl that checked me in went above and beyond
Very convenient. Flexible for a late arrival when we were delayed. Great fan (weather was really hot). Spar with large free car park just opposite.
There wasn't a shower or bath, though we knew when booking.
Enjoyed our stay! Couldn't have breakfast as we were leaving too early but they did leave us some sandwiches and crisps to take with us. We had a room right at the top which was a little warm to go with the warm weather so we said our next stay we'd hope was a little cooler. Useful location part way to our destination.
Cooked breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and tasty. No cereals offered. The pub has recently changed hands and probably a steep learning curve for the proprietors.
People need to be warned that the staircase is steep.

Access to the property in a morning was difficult. If I needed to get something from the car I struggled to get back in as all doors were.
Access to a door at all hours to guests should be considered.

The bar and the barman Dan Hall made for a lovely stay. The breakfast was excellent along with our room. The Inn is centrally located in town and free parking across the street. Our next visit to Llanfyllin will most definitely include this Inn.
it was a quick overnight stay fairly close to a motorsport event, it ticked all the boxes with on street parking outside the Inn, food served hot without too much waiting. food reasonably priced but drinks 'top of the range'. bed comfortable but access to private bathroom was interesting! i took a BLT sandwich in lieu of breakfast as I departed very early
bedroom heating had to be requested and in did not stay on all night. the single sandwich was nice but limited when a full breakfast was on offer if I had been leaving later
Friendly helpful
Great local family type pub with digs above, great staff, nice food and a really friendly feel about the place. Great location for Revs bike park also.
