Had parking but cost 8.oo pound a day in there car park.
Staff are all welcoming and helpful, Hotel is beautiful with a fantastic location. Room was spacious and clean. A fan would have enhanced our stay! Breakfast is outstanding, huge selection everything was freshly cooked, plenty of fresh bread juice and fruit. I love this Hotel!
No air con in the rooms, window didnt open (there was a sign saying it was damaged) but as it was so warm a Fan would have helped.
Location is amazing, employees very friendly.
We paid close to 200£ and got a room that wasn’t climatized, essentially no problem, we were on a road trip through Wales and this wasn’t the first night without AC. However, if the whole wing is non-climatized - while having to walk through AC climatized floor to get there , one cannot open the windows and the hotel doesn’t even provide a couple of bottles of water (absolute minimum standard) + it was the most expensive room throughout the whole trip; I am afraid and being as polite as possible; very disappointing.
It was during a particularly hot spell where the room was very hot but we were given a lovely fan which really helped

My room had little ventilation so too hot to sleep. I had to get a jug of ice to use during the night. The small fan provided was completely inadequate. At £175 per night I should have stayed at home and endured 33 degree heat! Why do single guests get the worst rooms when using Booking.com ?

Staff were excellent - very helpful and accommodating. Location fantastic - overlooking sea and beaches. The property has a beautiful garden terrace which is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views and drinks from the hotel. Lounge was very comfortable.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The fresh fruit was very good and lots of choice for yoghurt and hot food.
The non sea view room was spacious and cool (very welcome in the heat wave!) but the outlook not very good. Looking out onto a wall and the flat roof. Other than that the room was good with all the usual facilities.
The air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant was very cold.
