The room and facility was clean and high spec. Staff were very helpful and accomodated our late check-in. Breakfast was great.
The hotel/bar telephone line wasn't working, which made getting in touch abit complicated, but we got around it by calling the manager directly (who was very helpful).
Did not get to B'fast. The Hotel rules said collars to be worn at all times so therefore had eat out at the local pub.
The fire alarm sounding a 04:45 in the morning and being the only ones to react was a bit off putting. No one came and told us it was false alarm. The room being only a few meters away from the room made privacy difficult.
Good location for visiting Badminton flower show.
We were woken up very early 5.30am, by noise of grass cutting and other machinery. As it was so hot I appreciate the gardeners needed to be out early but we were not staying to play golf and did not need to be awake that early.

Great location for Badminton Estate. Good food at the clubhouse. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking on site. We would definitely consider staying again if we needed to be in the area.

We stayed at this hotel and golf club as an overnight stop during our journey and were very impressed by the comfort of the room, the excellent facilities, and the peaceful surroundings. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast the following morning. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it.
Location ideal for us just off the M4. Were greeted by friendly staff even though we didn't arrive until 10pm. They even kept the bar open for us to have a quick drink which was much appreciated. Our room was large family room, very clean, bedding spotless, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Lovely modern bathroom with walk in power shower. Fans were provided in our room which were much needed due to July heatwave. Great choice on menu for Breakfast and all of us enjoyed ours, variations of eggs benedict. Lovely views from Breakfast onto Golf Course and lovely outside seating area in bar have same views. Highly recommend as this exceeded our expectations and will definitely return.
Would have preferred a proper cup of tea / coffee with water from kettle rather than a machine.

some of the pictures in the room had fallen from there mounts in the frame
having to be picky as they want me to write more but there wasnt anything wrong really

The setting. Beautiful.
No wardrobe or coat hangers. Very little drawer space. Walk in shower, after use flooded the toilet area and the water soaked the carpet just outside the bathroom door.
