Belle chambre, hôtel bien placé
Pros:

Personnel, accueil, situation
Belle chambre
Transport bagages du parking à l’hotel

Cons:

Quelques petits "couac" vite et bien corrigés ( panne d’ascenseur à l’arrivée, petit déjeuner)
Sachets de thé, de café, tasses, etc... dans la chambre mais pas de bouilloire!
( malgré demandes journalières)

La fonctionnalité de la chambre il y avait tout ce qu'il faut où il faut!! D'une proprete impeccable et une jolie vue en plus.
L'accueil , la gentillesse et serviabilité à la réception...c'était top!! Merci pour votre amabilité et votre sourire....on s'est senti bienvenu chez vous.

Das Hotel hat wohl erst kürzlich eröffnet und hat noch einige anfangs Schwierigkeiten.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut.
Bei Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen.
Saastalkarte für Bahnen.
Zimmer sauber und geräumig, Betten gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück Büfette war nicht gut vorbereitet. Kein Käse mehr, Jus / Multisaft lehr und niemand fühlte nach usw.
Kurtaxe wurd per Mail noch einmal nachgefordert, dabei schon bei Ankunf bezahlt.
Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden für ein Warmes Getränk, ausser eimem Wasserkocher.
