Hôtel bien situé est personnel agréable !
Belle salle de bain pour notre chambre supérieure !
joli restaurant avec une belle terrasse ! Dommage qu’il est uniquement pour la cuisine asiatique

Cons:

Chambre a une belle salle de bain rénovée
Par contre la chambre mériterait une cure de jeunesse !
Le matin c’était bruyant par les cuisines et salle du petit déjeuner en dessous au 1er étage !
J’ai trouvé dommage pour un lieux très touristique suisse
Qu’à la réception que l’on puisse pas parler quelques que mots en français !

Would love to stay here again!
Pros:

It was great to be able to have a picnic on the balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was really nice with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, etc. Lots of homemade products also such as the butter, yoghurt, etc and that was much appreciated.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the pillow which didn't work for me at all and I ended up having to use a cushion instead

Pros:

一つのロープウエーが止まっていることを教えてくれて、親切に車で送ってくれた。毎朝どこへいくかを尋ねてくれて適切なアドバイスをしてくれた。帰りのバスターミナルまでお姉さんが車で送ってくれた。ホテルでバス、ロープウエーの無料券が貰えた。朝食もすべて素晴らしかった。サースフェー3泊の滞在は満足でした
