Un bon séjour et une bonne prise de contact avec une bonne prise des chambres

Would love to stay here again!
Pros:

It was great to be able to have a picnic on the balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was really nice with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, etc. Lots of homemade products also such as the butter, yoghurt, etc and that was much appreciated.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the pillow which didn't work for me at all and I ended up having to use a cushion instead

Pros:

一つのロープウエーが止まっていることを教えてくれて、親切に車で送ってくれた。毎朝どこへいくかを尋ねてくれて適切なアドバイスをしてくれた。帰りのバスターミナルまでお姉さんが車で送ってくれた。ホテルでバス、ロープウエーの無料券が貰えた。朝食もすべて素晴らしかった。サースフェー3泊の滞在は満足でした

Sehr freundlich, spontan und hoher Kundenservice beim Einchecken.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und sehr heimelig

Cons:

Das Frühstück am Sonntag morgen war leider weniger gut, das Brot/Gipfeli waren sehr trocken und teils hart.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, genau im Zentrum. Die Aussicht ist gut, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Es wurde als "zwei Einzelbetten" angeboten. Allerdings war es ein Doppelbett aus zwei einzelnen Elementen die nicht verschiebbar sind

Kurzer Aufenthalt inmitten der Bergwelt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Busterminal entfernt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Weil ich früh los musste, hat mir das Personal erlaubt, schon früher zu essen, was sehr nett war.
