Fijne tussenstop in het midden van zwitserland
Pros:

Zeer aardig personeel. Één daarvan praatte ook Nederlands. Dat is altijd fijn.

Cons:

11km vanaf de snelweg en bijgebouw is erg gehorig.

Pros:

The location and staff were brilliant, breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, no air-conditioning, no double bed- two single mattresses and quilts put together. Restaurant food was good but very expensive.

Pros:

Atende as expectativas. Quarto e banheiro são confortáveis, apesar da decoração genérica, bem "quarto de hotel" mesmo. O bairro é próximo a Lucerna e funciona como uma boa base. O ventilador é bem pequeno. Como não estava calor, não nos incomodou.

Cons:

Os itens do café da manhã não eram repostos mesmo faltando quase 1 hora para seu término. Poderia ter mais variedade, como iogurte por exemplo.

Fantastique!
Pros:

L’accueil, l’ambiance, les lieux, le parking pour voiture et motos, le petit déjeuner, le personnel, l’ambiance familiale, ….on a tout aimé, c’était formidable
Nous avons également eu droit à une boisson d’accueil, très bonne surprise!

Cons:

It is far from Luzern Central. The picture of the hotel while booking is incorrect it is in the adjacent building. The information provided during booking was incorrect. B/F was ordinary.

Das komplette Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent.
Auch die Hotelbar ist einen Abstecher Wert.
Falls es sich ergibt sehr gerne wieder.
