Nice friendly hotel in cute village
Pros:

Great location. Loved the village and the access to the national park.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but they only had one waitress and she didn’t come to my table so I had to ask and then I didn’t get my order so I had to ask again. The next morning she remembered me and made sure we got food quickly. I just think that she was overwhelmed with how busy it was. They could use more help. The hot water suddenly got scalding hot in the shower and I burnt myself. The next day my son ran out of hot water and got cold shower. Walking up to the 3rd floor with luggage was tough.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Pros:

Frühstück war super, mega Auswahl und Alles machte einen frischen Eindruck. Es gab noch einiges, was dann frisch zubereitet wurde. Es ging Alles ohne grosse Wartezeiten

Schöner Aufenthalt im Nationalpark
Pros:

Wir haben hier drei Nächte übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt ideal für einen Besuch des Schweizerischen Nationalpark. Das Hotel verfügt über geschmackvolle,moderne Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Im Garten gibt es eine Bar (ab 15:00 Uhr).
Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unkomplizierte Atmosphäre

Cons:

Es war alles wunderbar, wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste, dann wäre es der Strassenlärm, weil wir ein Zimmer zur Strasse hatten. Für uns war das aber nicht sooo schlimm.

Pros:

Szép helyen van, jó levegő, könnyen megközelíthető a nemzeti park és kedves a kiszolgálás, tiszták és igényesek a szobák.Élelmiszerbolt is van a közelben.

Cons:

Privát szféra a mosdóban, wc-n nulla...üveg a mosdó fala, de ez még semmi, közvetlenül az ágy mellett van.
Reggelinél zöldségeket nem nagyon szolgálnak fel és mindenért külön beszélgetni kell a személyzettel, kérni kell a meleg ételt külön, nem tudod magadnak kiszedni a reggeli nagy részét. Amit igen, az is apró üvegekbe van pakolva és el kell venni egy jó pár üveget, hogy értékelhető mennyiségű reggelihez juss, kellemetlen.
A túrázók is éhesen maradnak ha itt vacsoráznak.
Finom és szép ételek de fine dining jellegű inkább, így az ezt értékelni tudóknak ajánlom.

Pros:

The restaurant was excellent. The owners have mastered the art of letting their guests really appreciate the quality of goods. Skillful partitioning of the portions allowed each piece to live and resonate on its own! The Wildfondue was delicious and is something that feels really authentic in the breathtaking surroundings of Zernez. The hotel is a scenic combination of wood, stone and Engadiner artifacts. All in all everything blends well into a modern yet original experience of the region. And the self catering Aperol Spritz sitting relaxed in the garden area after the bycicle tour while watching the thunderstorm form and approach was the 🍒 on the 🔝. Thanks for your hospitality!

Relax, ottimo cibo e cordialità
Pros:

L’interno della struttura è un vero gioiello sia dal punto della professionalità/accoglienza sia per la parte estetica. La colazione è varia e gustosa e il ristorante per la cena eccellente! La terrazza e il giardino sono bel tenuti e invitano al relax. La camera era confortevole.

Cons:

La struttura si trova in centro e questo è molto comodo d’altro canto avendo la camera rivolta quasi verso la strada si sentono tutti i mezzi, soprattutto pesanti, che passano.
