завтрак шведский стол. ассортимент меняется. есть прачечная самообслуживания. номер убирают каждый день. замена белья по требованию. каждый день вода, есть все расходники.
расположена гостица удачно. на такси за 20 минут доедете куда угодно. Совсем рядом станция метро.

Overall okay, besides the dirty carpets. Not sure the cleanliness would be on par with a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Staff was lovely, the location was very convenient. Breakfast was decent with lots of options (mostly Chinese, which we welcomed)

Cons:

The carpet in our room was very dirty (with someone's dried out contact lenses lying on the floor right next to our bed). Sometimes there was cigarette smell in the corridor and the bathroom.
There's only one elevator for the whole hotel, which is quite inconvenient.

Pros:

Был транзитом из Москвы в Шанхай, бронировал два номера на две ночи.

Отель не новый и какие-то мелкие косяки есть, но это многократно компенсируется работой персонала отеля.

Прилетели рано утром — нам без проблем предоставили early check-in. По нашей просьбе разместили в смежные номера. Номера просторные и чистые, белье белоснежное. Есть гигиенические наборы (зубная щетка/паста, бритвенный станок и прочие шампуни), фее, телевизор, холодильник. Кондиционер, конечно же.

В отзывах пишут про запах табачного дыма — да, в коридоре попадался, но в номере ничего не чувствуется.

Завтрак по типу шведского стола с неплохим выбором — голодными не останетесь.
Персонал всегда поможет решить все вопросы. Английский никто не знает, но языковой барьер легко решается техническими средствами.
