The room was tidy and a good size

Cons:

Although we knew there wasn’t an air conditioner, it was pretty rough being on the 4th floor with 35 degree weather!

Bij het zeer warme weer deze week tijdens ons verblijf: inloopdouche, lekker koud drink water uit de kraan. En de locatie. We hebben de eerste avond buiten gegeten in het hierachter gelegen restaurant; de wifi bleek van de eigenaar van dit restaurant.

Cons:

De warme kamer, ook ‘s nachts. De ventilator helpt weinig voor verkoeling, ook bij het uitschakelen van de kamerverlichting stopt de ventilator. Met ramen open slapen is er een constante herrie van buiten met weinig verkoeling. De ventilator was vervuild met stof en haren, er dwarrelde een pluk haren in de kamer.

Pros:

Location was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The elevator broke down for a day. We had 3 seniors with us that a hard time with stairs.

Spacious room in a great location to experience Lucerne and base for day trips in Central Switzerland.
Pros:

Great location! Close to Chapel Bridge and Spreuer Bridge. Just off the water tucked away on a very quiet street. Easy 10 minute walk to the train station. The room was spacious, especially the large bathroom. The staff was responsive and courteous.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans.

Sofri de calor! O carpete deu muita alergia. Não voltaria.

O calor dentro do quarto é insuportável! Tem um ventilador que não ajuda em nada. Não dava pra descansar. Também era muito barulhento por ser em cima de um restaurante.

Notre chambre correspondait à ce que nous souhaitons, agréable lit, tout confort modeste.

Cons:

J'avais réservé heure arrivée pour 14h. Or en arrivant à 13h45, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la porte d'entrée!. Je n'avais pas d'instruction au préalable que tel était normal.
en partant je n'ai pas vu d'instruction pour rendre les cartes. je les ai déposé sur l'appareil avec écran.
