Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einchecken.
Pros:

Völlig unkomplizierte Buchung, Check in und Check out. Es war super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Man hört nur im Hintergrund das Rauschen der Reuss.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, sogar um die Dusche und Toilette herum.

Terrible, we picked the hotel because it has an elevator. Without it they should have reassign the lower level room for

Location is good

Cons:

Fake broken elevator made us to carry 50lb luggage to third floor. The elevator was actually working when we arrived, but we did not have our luggage due to airline mistake. They purposely turn it off later in the day when we had our luggage. No body helped us. Both of us have knee problems

Pros:

A nice room and a great location. The old chapel bridge and the lake are like 2 minutes away, The train station is very close as well. The room decor has nice accents, which gave it a bit of a character. The hotel is tucked away in a small street, but is located as its widest point, allowing the view of multiple buildings through the window which was nice. It's a very good deal for this price point in Lucerne.

Cons:

We had some issues during the self check-in, the computer asked us to pay for the room even though we already did so via Booking ahead of time. Luckily some staff were there to fix the problem quickly. It would also be nice if the rooms had AC, the vertical fan isn't really cutting it during the summer months anymore.

Muitos, muitos problemas
Pros:

A localização nao poderia ser melhor. O quarto tem um espaço razoável, a roupa de cama é de primeira.

Cons:

É inteiramente inviável no verão, o quarto e insuportavelmente quente. Tem um ventilador q nao da conta. Barulho de recolhimento de lixo pela manhã. Os funcionários trabalham pro restaurante do térreo, nao tem como dar conta de tudo. Quem faz as vezes de gerente e a Karin, tem muito boa vontade, mas ninguem faz mágica. Fora do horário do restaurante, nao tem ninguém.

Would stay here again only if on a lower floor.
Pros:

Property is in an excellent location!

Cons:

Top floor room. Fan only helped slightly. Room got quite hot. Wasn’t the best for sleeping. Zero ventilation in the toilet room as well. Also, pillows were not great… WAY too soft. my head was swallowed up by the pillow.

Great location close to everything in Lucerne
Pros:

Great location, close to station and lake. Room was clean and tidy. Check in process was easy at the property. Rooms exactly as pictured in the listing. Lift access up to rooms was great (4 steps to get to lift)

Nice stay in the centre but very expensive

In the middle of Luzern so amazing place to stay, the place was clean

Cons:

The self check in was a bit complicated as we didn’t have internet and couldn’t find our booking.com code without internet. My name didn’t work in the self check in computer.
Also we requested a portable cot for my 2yo daughter, got confirmation by email before that it would be set up in the room but unfortunately it wasn’t there when we arrived. I sent an email to the contact number and email but got no answer. I had to find a cleaning lady in the hotel to get one, she was very nice and set one for us.

Great value in the Old town
Pros:

The location is great with an entrance off the main street. Good amenities great shower, refrigerator, and safe , Self check-in was surprisingly easy. Close to parking but that is pricey

Cons:

No AC but did provide a fan, we just happened to be here when it was hot
