très bon emplacement a quelques pas des ponts couverts, au coeur de la vieille ville.
Immeuble ancien dans un rue piétonne. Chambre spacieuse , deco moderne, salle d'eau/wc , aménagement récent et soigné. Ascenseur pour les étages.
Parking a proximité

Cons:

self checking pas évident si on ne comprend pas l'allemand de l'écran d'accueil de la machine dédiée, ensuite on peut choisir d'autres langues et tout va bien.
Pas de petit déjeuner sur place.

地點就在湖邊巷內，距離Chapel Bridge和Spreuer Bridge都很近，過個橋就是老城區了！且距離Luzern車站推行李大約15分鐘以內，都還算好走，附近很多餐廳選擇，非常方便！

Truly an ideal small and restful hotel for Lucerne, updated accomodation at a good price . We will definitely be back.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds and an excellent location, right in the middle of all the Old Town charm yet tucked away on a small, very quiet street. Perfect combination.

Cons:

We had no complaints, our stay was comfortable and although there is no staff on site any questions were promptly answered before and throughout our time there.

Good Location
Pros:

The location is prime, very central! The house keeping staff were very lovely!

Cons:

Probably being a travel princess here but the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, the pillows are feather and not good for support. There were no coffee sachets etc provided in the room. The bathroom door is fogged glass so not good for privacy, and no aircon just a fan so the room gets very stuffy
