Pros:

This hotel is in a great location just steps to the water. Room gets hot although there is a portable fan in the room which was helpful.

Cons:

We found the self check in a little bit tricky.

Good hotel. Easy self check in. Location
Pros:

Great location, near train station & many attractions in the city as well as the river. Easy self check in. Overpriced as everything in Switzerland, so I suppose it’s not a matter of the hotel, but a general tendency of the country

Good place for short stay
Pros:

Just near the bridge. Close to many restaurants and beautiful sights. The room is spacious.

Small quaint place closer to the lake and train station.

Cons:

Nothing major to dislike. Small room with low ceiling. I hit my head getting up from a chair. (I am less than six feet). Shower has no privacy. Toilet door did close easily.

Highly recommended. Great location. Very clean and spacious room.
Pros:

Is in an excellent location near old town, very walkable with luggage from the train station. Self-checkin procedure was easy to follow and we had no issues. Lift was available to avoid carrying bags up the stairs. Room was a good size and very clean. The luggage rack was large enough to lay out both our 68cm cases. Bed was very comfortable. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The price for the room was very affordable by Luzern standards.

Cons:

A trade-off to the great location is the noise. The noise from the street is very loud at both ends of the day. Better if windows are closed but room felt a bit stuffy all closed up. Beds were comfortable but could have used more pillows. The water pressure in the shower was adequate but not the best. No soft close on toilet seat (very minor but noisy if you forget!).

Pros:

Lage ist top, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Altstadt.
Zimmer hatte angenehme Grösse, sehr gute Betten, einen Safe und war sehr sauber.

Geduld beim self-checkin, das Internet muss zuerst den Kampf gegen die dicken Häusermauern gewinnen. 🙃

Cons:

Kleiner Tipp: Teppichboden durch anderes Material ersetzen, vorallem im Badezimmer aus hygienischen Gründen.
