A little out of the action in Grindlewald but easily accessible by the local bus.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, large room and a great view.
Restaurant was also excellent we had dinner on second night and the local dishes were amazing.

Cons:

More hot options for breakfast. Also local bus only runs till 7:30pm from Grindelwald meaning you either don't eat in Grindelwald or you have to walk back.

Extremely rude blonde hair host
Pros:

Claudia, the waitress, was super nice and helpful . Had many great chats with her and the only reason the place isn’t rated 1 out of 10

Cons:

The blonde hair host was extremely rude. The bed broke on me during my stay , and I am a 180 pound male, by no means overweight or heavy. I brought up to their attention when it happened, and she immediately placed blame on me like I cause it. Additionally it occurred at 9pm, and she was bent out of shape because it was so late when the issue arrived (see photos and see if I could possibly sleep on that). Then when she came to address the issue, she saw the my infant son threw up a little bit on the bed sheet, and told me “this is why we don’t let pets here”. My son is not a pet, and you do allow infants, so either don’t allow them or not complain, and don’t compare my baby to a pet dog or cat ,

Très calme et apaisant.
Pros:

L'endroit est très calme et apaisant. On a l'air frais et des vrai duvets. Et le soir on peut apprécier le soleil au balcon.

Cons:

Les serviettes était un peu usées. Tout va bien mais, on sent qu'il faut bientôt rénover un tout petit peu.

Lage perfekt für die Erkundung der Jungfrauregion. Typisches Gebäude in ruhiger Lage. Preis zu hoch

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf die Berge.
Sehr freundliche Bewirtung beim Frühstück.
Guter Parkplatz.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.
Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet eher spärlich.
Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher, kein Tresor im Zimmer. Kein Getränkeautomat im Haus.
Zimmereinrichtung spartanisch und alt.

Beautiful view
Pros:

Excellent location and view. Very clean hotel. Large room. Dog friendly. Plenty of parking right outside of hotel. I would recommend this hotel

Cons:

I wish the room would have had a fan and a mini fridge. Breakfast could be improved.

Große Terrasse. Sehr gute Dusche. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für uns zu weich. Das Zimmer ist relativ dunkel. Es gibt kaum Ablageflächen.

The aspect and the view from our room absolutely magnificent

Cons:

Towels that were very thin and small and didn’t dry properly. Having to pay for tap water at meal times. Inattention to our needs towards the end of the meal, the owner talking other guests at the table next to us and then being told off the next morning for not paying. We were there for 4 nights so that attitude was not necessary

Cons:

The staff simply is not friendly. They act like you are bothering them anytime you ask a question or need something. You have to leave a deposit to get a hairdryer. The beds are way past needing replacement.
