Great deal for long and short stays. Breakfast included is delicious

Location is great. The room was quite comfortable and service was amazing. It’s a great price value deal. I had breakfast included, which was delicious although portions were a bit small for me.

Buena opción en el casco histórico.
Pros:

Ubicación, personal super amable. Tiene un bar-café a su lado.

Cons:

Se siente algo de ruido por estar cerca de una avenida, por ende no permite que se pueda descansar bien. El menú de desayuno debe ser más variado. De resto todo muy bien.

Excelente experiencia durante mi estancia. Destaco la limpieza de las instalaciones, la comodidad de las habitaciones y, sobre todo, la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal.

Quiero agradecer especialmente a una colaboradora cuyo nombre lamentablemente no conozco. Tuvo un gesto de gran calidad humana al prestarme su powerbank para cargar mi teléfono cuando más lo necesitaba, ya que mi cargador europeo no era compatible aquí en Colombia. Aunque yo era un huésped más y un completo desconocido para ella, no dudó en ayudarme. Ese tipo de atención y servicio hacen la diferencia. Para ella, un 10 de 10.

Muchas gracias a todo el equipo. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel y volvería con gusto.
