Todo. Es un sitio precioso y muy limpio. Tuvimos la suite con jacuzzi y vistas y es una maravilla. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron mucho.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación cercana al parque. Las instalaciones parecen seguras y el ambiente es tranquilo. Tiene parqueadero. Todo es limpio y organizado. Tienen las plantas muy bien cuidadas y bonitas
Regular el desayuno. Poca variedad. No sé si antes era mejor y ha bajado la calidad, pero nos tocó muy poco variado. Pero lo que menos me gustó fue la cama. Suena muchísimo. No te puedes ni mover, porque le suena todo. Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas. Entonces se escucha mucho en el piso de abajo, cualquier ruido que hagan en el piso de arriba. No dormí para nada bien. Además, aceptan mascotas y nos tocó un perrito en la habitación de al lado, que ladró varias veces en la noche

Wat een enorme kamer met uitzicht en bubbelbad! Uitstekende plek in een mooi stadje. De fietsen mochten mee naar de kamer.

Location in the town.
Large suite
Millions of stairs, no lift. The hotel is on a hill side, like most of the town. The secure car park was on the very bottom level, 5 or 6 levels below street level reception. Our room was on a mid level so either way you had to struggle with your bags up down several flights of steps. Beware if you have health or mobility issues. There are no porters to help with your bags and when asked the staff were very dismissive of it.
The room/suite was big but odd. The jacuzzi was stuck in the corner of the sleeping area. The windows started 1.5 metres off the floor so if you were lying or sitting down all you could see was the sky. Mountain view only when you are standing! The sliding blinds were no way long enough to cover the depth of the windows so early rising unless you have eye shades! Our " room with balcony " actually had what was the same width as my size 47 shoe. So no sitting out there!
I wish hotels could be more honest and clear with the description of their property.

Very nice stay, very nice hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. Recommended and will always go back here whenever I visit Jérico again. Beautiful rooms with full equipped bathroom and beautiful views from the balcony.
