NO ME GUSTÓ EL MAL OLOR DE LA HABITACIÓN, SE NOTÓ INMEDIATAMENTE ENTRÉ. ES MOMENTO DE HACER REMODELACIONES PARA MEJORAR APARIENCIA DE LAS HABITACIONES. LAS HABITACIONES NO CUENTAN CON INSONORIZACIÓN.

1- parqueadero peligroso los carros se golpean debes ser un experto para poder parquear

2- habitaciones encerradas sin ventilación y una mini ventana con vista a un muro

3- las toallas del baño estaban sucias al recibir la habitación la toalla de manos tenía labial esto indica que las reutilizan informamos y las cambiaron.

4- sábanas de las camas estaban sucias esto indica que las reutilizan.

5- desayuno muy pero muy básico. No encuentras jugo de naranja

6- pedí en la recepción que me colaboraran con un taxi con baúl grande y solo me dijeron que ellos no sabían en donde solicitarlo. Esto es básico para un hotel

7- saliendo tuve que cargar el equipaje 🧳 ellos vieron y no me colaboraron

Pagué aproximadamente $370.000 colombianos donde la calidad precio está desfasada

Las cobijas y las almohadas olían a sudor y no eran las de una habitación por qué nos cambiaron de habitación y aún así seguían oliendo mal, finalmente nos tocó ir a comprar almohadas al centro comercial para poder ir a dormir.

EL DISEÑO DE LA HABITACION Y SOBRE TODO DEL BAÑO ESMUY BONITO

HACE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO GENERAL. DADO QUE LOS MUROS SON EN DRYWALL Y YA HA DILATADO LAS JUNTAS, ESTO HACE QUE LA HABITACION TENGA UN MAL ASPECTO, COMO A HOTEL BARATO O A MOTEL.
