Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Die Lage unseres Zimmers, 41, direkt zum Bahngleis hin. Haben wir nicht verstanden, da das Hotel so gut wie leer war. Da wäre auf der anderen Seite sicher ein etwas ruhigeres Zimmer gewesen. War super laut und wir mussten ja das Fenster aufmachen da es unter dem Dach sehr warm war im Zimmer.
Der Bau sehr hübsch aber an der falschen Lage.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war unser Highlight. Ansonsten waren wir von dem Hotel nicht sehr angetan. Wir fanden es teuer für das, was es geboten hat.

Cons:

Der Fernseher tat es nicht. Die Einrichtung war nicht besonders geschmackvoll. Morgens um 6.40 Uhr (am Sonntag) wurden unter unserem Fenster so dermassen laut Stühle und Tische verrückt, dass an ein Weiterschlafen nicht zu denken war.

guter Standort für Velorouten
Pros:

super Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstücksbuffett, feine aufgebackene Brötli / gratis Früchte in Lobby / in der Nähe von Velorouten / abschliessbarer Veloraum / Spaziergang entlang des Bielersees soweit man laufen mag, dann Rückfahrt mit dem Zug (Haltestelle in der Nähe des Hotels)

Cons:

bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt alte knarrende Betten / Frühstücksbuffett mit täglich den gleichen Kuchenstückchen, Rührei harrte aufgrund von Nachfrage im Wärmebehälter aus / Aussensitzplatz und Rabatten vernachlässigt

Endroit idyllique et bucolique, à recommander sans aucune réserve!
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, machine à café, capsules, sachets de thé, eaux minérales, fruits à disposition! La situation parfaite, à 2 arrêts de train du centre de Bienne (la gare est à 80m de l’hôtel); mention spéciale pour le team de la réception, très, très sympathiques et serviables pour nous renseigner! On retournera et on enverra des amis! Merciiiiiiiiii

Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren von A-Z zufrieden. Personal, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Check-in und Check-out war alles top. Sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet. Die Anbindung mit dem Zug nach Biel ist perfekt.

Cons:

Haben nichts auszusetzen.

Rundum schön und gut.
Pros:

Einfach rundum alles. Der Bahnhof so nah war toll. Im 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug in Biel und muss keinen Parkplatz suchen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles blitzsauber. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt an einem schönen Ort.
Pros:

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gut mit ÖV erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Schade hat es kein Restaurant / Bar um etwas zu essen / trinken.
Doch es hat einen Automaten um sich mit Getränken zu versorgen.
