Pobyt bardzo udany
Pros:

Hotel jest piękny bardzo czysty położony w samym sercu starego miasta. Podczas naszego pobytu o wszystko dbała Ana. Serwowała pyszne śniadania do tego zawsze była uśmiechnięta.

Um cantinho confortável e incrível para ficar e conhecer Cartagena.
Pros:

A localização permite fazer praticamente tudo da cidade (parte turística da cidade velha e Getsemani) a pé, o conforto das instalações, o atendimento e cuidado incríveis da equipe, principalmente da senhora Ana que é um anjo.

Cons:

O ar condicionado trabalhando no limite ainda assim sofria pra dar conta. Pode ser um problema crônico da cidade ou uma manutenção mais frequente pode ser necessária.

Einfach eine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal, namentlich Fernando und Anna waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fernando hat uns sogar noch ausgeholfen das Taxi zu bezahlen und es uns, nach Absprache, ermöglicht selbst ein Zimmer auszuwählen. Anna war einfach ein Schatz, der uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat und ein wundervolles reichhaltiges Frühstück für uns beide gezaubert hat. Dabei ist sie auf alle Sonderwünsche eingegangen wie unterschiedliche Zubereitung der Rühreier etc. Auch die Verwahrung des Gepäcks bis zur Abreise war selbstverständlich.

Personal muy atento. Ambiente acogedor. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y las habitaciones son amplias, cuentan con lo necesario y con buena ventilación.
La ubicación es buenísima, muy cerca del centro pero en una calle tranquila que te libera del ruido.

Pros:

La atención del personal fue inmejorable. La habitación era grande y la cama enorme, nos encantó.

Cons:

No habia agua caliente, aunque hacia mucho calor, creemos que ducharse con agua fria no es gusto para nadie. Para hacer la limpieza te preguntan, no la hacen directamente, aunque de entrada este limpio.

Pros:

La ubicación es súper buena, cerca al centro de convenciones. El desayuno y el personal excelente. La señora Nancy super querida, nos orientó con todo! Excelente experiencia.

Cons:

Un día no nos limpiaron la habitación, pero se corrigió en cuanto lo solicitamos. La piscina es realmente pequeña.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Está en pleno barrio de Getsemaní, aunque en una calle muy tranquila que permite descansar bien, y se tarda muy poco andando al resto de zonas para visitar del centro histórico.
También tiene aire acondicionado, lo que se agradece mucho en Cartagena.

Cons:

La ducha funciona regular. La atención de la persona que os hizo el check in, no fue muy buena: llegamos por la noche, y es la persona que se encarga de abrir y cerrar la puerta y vigilar, pero no nos explicó nada de la habitación ni del hotel en general.
Además, esperábamos un nivel de limpieza muy alto según los comentarios, y no fue así. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, había montones de hormigas muertas por veneno, aunque es cierto que lo limpiaron nada más dar aviso.
