Salento mágico
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, a menos de un bloque del parque principal. La habitación era bastante cómoda y espaciosa. La infraestructura está en perfecto estado y la limpieza de la habitación y las zonas comunes es muy buena. El baño 4de la habitación estaba muy aseado y en buen estado. El desayuno tiene tres opciones para elegir y tiene muy buen sabor. El personal fue siempre muy amable y estuvieron dispuestos a resolver nuestras inquietudes.

Cons:

Durante los días que estuvimos en Salento hubo una tarima en el parque principal con música y actividades hasta tarde en la noche. Desde la habitación se escuchaba todo, pues infortunadamente las ventanas no son insonorizadas, lo cual afectó un poco la calidad del descanso. Sin embargo, entendemos que fue algo episódico durante esas fechas y seríamos desconsiderados al señalar al hospedaje como responsable de esto.

Lo mejor de nuestro viaje
Pros:

Si tienes la oportunidad, reserva la habitación con vistas, fue la mejor decisión del viaje, hay dos disponibles y son la mejor opción. Las vistas son increíbles y las habitaciones son preciosas y muy espaciosas. El personal es amable y el hotel es muy coqueto y está decorado con mucho gusto. Está literalmente a 1 minuto de la plaza central pero con la tranquilidad de estar en una calle tranquila.
Nos ayudaron a gestionar el traslado al aeropuerto y a muy buen precio.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado, hay 3 opciones a escoger, pero se hace repetitivo si estás varios días.

Hotel op loopafstand van plaza bolivar en alle leuke straatjes. Hotelkamer met balkon met een adembenemend mooi uitzicht

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf ons balkon!

Cons:

Beetje warm. Maar na vragen bij de receptie werd er onmiddellijk een ventilator geplaatst en was het opgelost

Hermosas vistas en el desayuno, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, buena atención del hotel

Bien, cumple con las expectativas y es lo que muestran las fotos.
Pros:

Las vistas desde la terraza para el desayuno son espectaculares. El desayuno es menú que te dejan elegir cuando te sientas. El hotel está súper céntrico.

Cons:

En las habitaciones se escucha todo, cogimos una habitación con terraza al mirador y está bien, pero no merece el suplemento. Hay gallos en los alrededores y hacen su trabajo desde bien temprano :)

Hotel a 200mt circa dalla piazza principale, personale gentile. Abbiamo organizzato con loro il trasporto da e per Pereira e tutto è andato secondo i piani. Stanza ampia e pulita, dotata di terrazzo dal quale si poteva ammirare tutta la valle.
Letto e cuscino comodi.
Anche la sala colazione è molto bella, tutti i tavoli sono realizzati in legno da artigiani locali. Colazione a scelta tra 3 menù, piatto di frutta e succo sempre presenti.

Ci dispiace aver alloggiato lì durante il terremoto del 10/08 ma anche in quell'occasione il personale ha dato priorità alla sicurezza degli ospiti.

Cons:

Purtroppo c'erano dei problemi con l'acqua in tutto il paese. Il personale però è stato efficace nel gestire i reclami.
