Good almost perfect
Pros:

The staff and the honesty of them ,

Cons:

It wasn't as quiet as I expected. The windows don't seal properly, allowing outside noise to come in and cool air to escape. The air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Very large and confy studio with bathroom in need of maintenance.
Pros:

The studio is a good size with plenty space. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is very convenient. The location is a block away from La Setenta, which has tons of restaurants. There is a supermarket across the street. The staff were helpful and polite.

Cons:

The bathroom was run down and the hardware needs fixing. Maintenance is required. Even the window did not close properly. Notice that the building is across a catholic church that sounds the bells constantly and it is a bit difficult to sleep if your room faces that side of the building. Ear plugs are provided but it didn’t work for me.

In Maka as well in Bonuelos breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Especially on Friday night and Saturday night it was a little bit noisy until 10 to 11 o'clock.

Pros:

Una estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento fue cómodo, limpio y acogedor, con una excelente atención por parte de los anfitriones. La ubicación y el ambiente hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, un lugar recomendado para descansar y disfrutar, me hospedé en el piso 7.

Clean, comfortable bed and good location la 70 is les than a 5 minute walk.

Cons:

We arrived at 2 o clock in the morning, it would be nice to have at least 1 bottle of water upon arrival. Coffee or tea. some soap for some dish washing. (chargeable in room amenities)

Pros:

The room was well equipped and spacious. We used the laundry service, which was convenient and at a fair price. The staff was helpful and even fulfilled special requests. The area was quieter than others in Medellín and there were many nice restaurants closeby.

Cons:

We knew about the noise from the church from the reviews and pictures, the bells were ringing around 6.40 and then again around 9 and 12. But for us it wasn't too bad, mostly because we were up early due to our jetlag anyways.
