Fantastic location, large room, good breakfast, loved it
Pros:

The location is amazing, right on the lake, we had a room with a fantastic view. The private hotel parking was super convenient (extra cost, reasonable), breakfast was good and the room was quite big and well decorated, mini fridge, kettle, A/C). Very convenient also the restaurant with great tables both inside and outside.

Cons:

Would be nice to have scrambled eggs or a wider variety of fruit for breakfast

Die Lage
Frühstück mit toller Aussicht

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und ungemütlich. Der Blick war auch nicht der Hit. Preis-Leisungsverhältnis passt nicht zu dem Zimmer. Zu dem überteuerten Zimmer kommen dann noch mal happige Parkgebühren vom Parkhaus.

Great waterfront location
Pros:

Great waterfront location and outdoor dining, very efficient staff and good food; excellent parking arrangement in nearby parkhaus. Weather was oppressively hot and humid and reception team supplied a fan on request.

Cons:

We were too hot for comfort in a third floor room. Room coffee/tea making provision was poor.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See. Die Bademöglichkeiten. Das Essen war einfach super. Und ganz generell: Spiez am See ist ganz einfach toll!!! Es hat uns Vier ganz einfach einmal mehr riesig Spass gemacht. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
