Hôtel avec un très bon emplacement, personnel très attentif aux clients.
Pros:

La première nuit la chambre ne répondait pas à nos attentes mais le personnel et la direction ont tout fait pour nous attribuer une autre chambre .
Nous les remercions à nouveau.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - das Frühstücksbuffet wurde ständig wieder aufgefüllt, es hat an nichts gefehlt - die Bereitstellung von Tee und Wasserkocher ist eine super Idee - der Kühlschrank !!! - mein Wunsch nach einer dünnen Bettdecke wurde sofort erfüllt - das Hotel liegt ideal für die Schifffahrt + Busanbindung nach Spiez, Thun, u.a. Ziele

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bettsofa war absolut ungenügend von der Hygiene und dem Schlafcomfort her. Im Zimmer roch es sehr abgestanden.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Tolle Lage direkt am See. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren zweimal zum Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant: schneller Service und sehr leckeres Essen.
