Amazing hostel overall with beautiful garden views and loads of birds around. Helpful staff, daily cleaning and loads of activities which makes it easy to meet people if you want.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped
The rooms were noisy at night because of the dogs and roosters in the area.
Me hospede en cuarto privado y las instalaciones estan super bonitas, vistas hermosas, tranquilidad, paz, perfecto para desconectarte de la ciudad, desayuno desde temprano lo cual queda perfecto cuando vas a tours. La atención del personal super amables. Super recomendado, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.
Mi estadía en Salento fue magnífica en Coffee Tree. Primero que todo, su personal es muy muy amable y te hacen sentir bienvenido y escuchado. Los desayunos son muy deliciosos y me agradó que estuvieran disponibles desde temprano, también me encantó que hubiese siempre café caliente, leche, agua e incluso el fin de semana había chocolate caliente para tomar cuando quisieras 😍
Las instalaciones son preciosas, el comedor, los balcones, las hamacas; todo es muy bonito.
La habitación, fue exactamente lo que yo quería y lo que se ve tal cual en las imágenes, la cama y las sillas son muy cómodas, el baño es muy limpio y cómodo, tienen agua fría y caliente, es muy fresco y muy silencioso, así que el descanso fue 10/10, es una experiencia increíble despertar con el canto de los pajaritos y un hermoso amanecer por el balcón. El hotel es un poco lejos a la plaza, pero lo compensa por su tranquilidad y lejanía al ruido del centro. Llegue y me fui enamorada de este lugar 💘 espero algún día volver.
No hubo nada que no me gustara o incomodara. Pero para que tengas en cuenta, en estos momentos están remodelando sus instalaciones, pero en la mañana y cuando ya esta anocheciendo sigue siendo muy silencioso, así que realmente no es algo que afecte negativamente.
El lugar y la vista me encantaron.
Cristian, de la recepción, fue muy amable conmigo y me recomendó muy buenos lugares para conocer y comer.

El lugar es precioso, cómodo, cumple con todo lo prometido, excelente atención y servicio de todos. Desde la preparación de los ricos desayunos, la atención de los chicos en recepción que siempre están disponible con la mejor disposición. El lugar está ubicado cerca del centro pero inserto en plena naturaleza, despertar con el canto de las aves, es otra cosa. Volvería mil veces. Recalcar la buena onda y orientación de Cristian.

The hostel was great, was clean and beautifully perched in a serene location. Views were spectacular. Staff was helpful and kind.
There were renovations occurring that impeded us from exploring the entire grounds. There were many animals that could be heard outside our balcony and MANY roosters so ensure you pack earplugs!

The staff were very friendly, spoke English (corrected my badly spoken Spanish) and were helpful with recommendations for tours, places to visit and transport options. They also kindly offered an alternative option for breakfast to accommodate my vegan diet.
The hostel was in such a cute building with a lovely view. There are two huge St Bernard's in residence which was so nice, having very chill dogs wander around, accepting pats and belly-rubs.
There is a helpful WhatsApp group which you can join on check-in, to stay up-to-date with hostel activities or ask if other travellers want to join you on an adventure.
The hostel is at the other end of the town, so about a 15-20 minute walk up and down the broken concrete roads from the bus terminal. There are taxis available if you don't have the energy to walk in the heat. The Main Street (Calle Real) is less than a 10 minute walk from the hostel, so you're out of the hustle and bustle but still close-by.
I haven't stayed in a hostel in a years, and I didn't realise I should have brought my own towel. I rented a towel from the front desk for not much money, so it wasn't a big deal.
Such a beautiful property. The check in guy Nicolas was super welcoming. The dogs were adorable. Room was sooo comfortable.

The views from our room and breakfast were stunning! The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Señor Freckles one of the two gorgeous St. Bernard’s they have at the property. The shower was heaven after a long day hiking and the bed was also very comfortable!
The only downside was that there was construction being done half way through our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the hammocks or rest of the garden. Otherwise everything was wonderful!
