Cons:

Las piscinas no se corresponde.Una abajo con exceso de cloro y muy ìncomoda no habìa espacio para tumbarse, además parecia para nin̈os.La otra en la 6ta planta con 0.5 mtrs de profundidad, mas que una piscina es un estanque para mojarse los pies.Con dos chorros para disimular.Decepcionante.

Pésima atención en recepción y comentarios totalmente fuera de lugar

No recomiendo este hotel debido a la falta de profesionalismo de su personal. Durante el registro, la recepcionista le hizo preguntas sumamente incómodas e impertinentes a mi pareja sobre la diferencia de edad entre nosotros. Es inadmisible que el personal de recepción se tome atribuciones personales que no les corresponden, vulnerando la privacidad de los huéspedes en su primer contacto con el hotel. El servicio al cliente debería basarse en el respeto y la discreción, cualidades que aquí brillaron por su ausencia. No volveremos.

Hay varias cosas por mejorar, en especial la atencion.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas, el personal de servicios generales muy amables.

Cons:

Hay televisores pero no hay señal de cable ni hay canales para ver, la piscina principal se encontraba sucia, nos alojamos todo un puente y en ningun molento le hicieron aseo y la atencion deja mucho que desear ya que ninguno fue coordial.
