Pros:

Lo único que me gustó fue que nos dejaron guardar las maletas mientras visitábamos la Laguna de la Cocha.

Cons:

La atención del personal fue pésima. La camas super duras, solicitamos un cambio y pues simplemente eran menos duras que las primeras, porque igual estaban super incómodas. Amanecí adolorido por la mala noche que pasé.

Near the terminal, cheap

Cons:

People (i think from the staff) talking loudly at 2am, no kitchen and received a big no when asked for some hot water for a tea.

Not a nice play to stay - although close to the bus terminal
Pros:

It's close to the bus terminal, that's the only positive thing we can name.

Cons:

The floor and bathroom were not clean, the shower didn't work well, the personnel is not really friendly and the bed (+cushions) were really hard.
