Las bonitas y limpias instalaciones.
El baño de la habitación, no hay un soporte en la bañera para evitar caídas. Las toallas ya bastante ajadas o utilizadas, se ponen amarillas con solo utilizarlas un poco. Los implementos de aseo en el lavamanos, sucios, viejos y roto el dispensador.
Es un lugar hermoso lleno de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Además el señor Jairo es un anfitrión excepcional: amable y siempre dispuesto a atender y orientar
Solo sugeriría que hubiese restaurante en el lugar, de resto todo estuvo excepcional

La atención, amabilidad y disposición del personal para apoyar y atender fue maravillosa, te hacen sentir un ambiente especial y seguro. El hotel campestre y su naturaleza hacen que el huesped tenga una linda experiencia. El señor Jairo se destaca por su empatia, siempre está muy atento para orientar y hacer sentir al huésped como en casa. Gracias a todo el equipo del hotel por hacer muy grata la estadía. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Feels like a paradise, very secluded, but also close enough to some restaurants and bars and supermarket. Staff are lovely and do everything to ensure your stay is amazing. Breakfast is great and there is food and drink onsite if preferred. Gorgeous wildlife, you feel super close to nature! We saw a capybara, hummingbird, woodpecker.. amongst others :)

The road nearby can feel a bit scary to cross by foot, but we had no problems.
La gente del hotel fue demasiado amable, las instalaciones son tan lindas y acogedoras que te sientes en casa. Ademas su ubicacion es perfecta, no nos tuvimos que desplazar mucho para los fines a los que fuimos. Realmente recomendado, lastimosamente no alcanzamos a tomar el tour del café con ellos, pero es recomendable por si van, debe ser realmente espectacular ya que el café que tomamos, que es el del tour, y es de propiedad de ellos y te lo sirven en el desayuno.. es muy muy bueno.
Creo que la comida no es tan rica, el desayuno si, pero la pizza no, la calidad precio no es justa.
Absolutamente todo, un lugar excelente para descansar cómodamente. Muy lindo y acogedor. Ubicación excelente. Personal excelente. Volveré !

• The location. 10min drive from Armenia Aeroport.
• The room on the 1rst floor. It is actually the only room that it is ok in the hole house. It is kind of a suite with nice view. It is very old but charming.
• The plants, animals and birds in the house.
• Despite our Booking.com confirmation clearly showing a final gross price, a staff member repeatedly attempted to charge us an additional 19% “VAT” on top of the confirmed amount.
This was not a misunderstanding as I also speak spanish.
It was insisted upon and only stopped after firm refusal.
Charging taxes on top of a confirmed gross Booking.com price is unacceptable and misleading. Be aware.
• Room was not cleaned.
The bed contained dirty linens with visible hair and stains, which is entirely unacceptable, especially for a classified five-star hotel. They told me it is normal to find hairs because of the dryer. Whatever. It cannot excused the smell of sweat and the little stains that I found. They did changed all the linen afterwards.
• The „gourmet“ breakfast. You have to choose between Pancake OR eggs OR musli yogurt. You cannot have eggs and a yogurt. It comes with a glass of Juice and a little fruit that is cut. Seriously it is the smallest breakfast I had seen in a hotel.
• Last thing that really hit a nerve: During my stay they cancelled my reservation with booking without my consent even though everything was paid on arrival. This is how this hotel got good reviews. I wrote booking and told them all about it and I insisted on writing a review as I was a paying guest for 3 nights.

Un poco el colchón y almohada.
Personal super amable. Hotel tranquilo, limpio con piscina bien mantenida y suficiente grande. Se ven muchos pajaros y otros penquenos animales como en guatin. Cafe delicioso de la propria finca, siempre disponible para tomar gratuito... estuvimos con nuestros des hijos de 5 y 7 años y fue perfecto para pasar un tiempo hermoso en familia..
El lugar es muy acogedor y agradable, rodeado de naturaleza y acompañado por el sonido de los pájaros, lo que crea un ambiente realmente especial.
La atención fue excelente: todo el personal se mostró muy amable, atento y servicial. Destaco especialmente al Sr. Jhon Jairo, por su trato cercano y su gran amabilidad.
Todo fue muy bueno.
