Accueil très chaleureux, service impeccable du début à la fin, petit dejeuner copieux et savoureux...vraiment un sans faute. Mention pour le départ spéciale tardif et la navette, d'une grande aide pour preparer sereinement ses valises. Un grand merci au personnel aux petits soins.

Absolument tout fut incroyable à l'hôtel Tiama d'Abidjan : du personnel au petit soin, au petites attentions qui font la différence en passant par le petit-dejeuner plein de saveurs : un sans faute ! Je remercie particulièrement Mme Kone Carnel qui nous a donné des adresses précieuses (coiffure, pédicure, tailleur,...) de qualité. À la fois douce et ferme elle a su débloquer des situations impossibles : nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.
Another great stay at Abidjan’s best hotel with my wife and baby. Koné at reception was lovely, as were all the hardworking staff. We enjoyed lunch and dinner in the restaurant on our previous stay. This time we also enjoyed the delicious and healthy buffet breakfast.
Bar was still out of stock of my favourite Ivorian drink: Ivoire Black. I wanted to take some home to England …but this is a minor complaint!

The pool, although the pool side snacks (nuts) were stale.
The security check when you arrive at the hotel in a taxi is annoying and absolutely ridiculous.
You have to come out of the taxi with all your luggage, which they then proceed to pass through a scanner and then put back in the taxi, before proceeding to the hotel entrance, absolutely insane and a terrible experience.
