La segunda será la vencida.
Pros:

Gestión, proactividad y apoyo del personal de recepción.

Cons:

Mala gestión al momento d generar el pago, el proceso no lo completa booking directamente a tu tarjeta de crédito. Debes pagar al momento de hacer Check in, si cuentas con tarjetas de pago en dólares el pago no pasa. No pude hacer check in pero el personal me orientó y apoyó en todo momento. Se ve un lugar agradable.

Great place BUT BEEARE OF THE DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
Pros:

Good location. Helpful staff. The room had everything you need was very quiet despite having a window on the street. I liked the deco. it wasn’t so great to be able to leave your luggage at reception for early checking old checkout.

Cons:

I thought I was in for an awful stay when they contacted me just a few days before check-in telling me I would have to leave $100 deposit or equivalent in chilean pesos in cash, or by debit card, but with the 25% fee (!!!), which was totally inconvenient as I was spending just one night in Chile and didn’t have access to dollars. Luckily the Hostel let me pay this deposit in Argentinian pesos that I had available and would be able to use in a near future. However, I have this issue was entirely due to Booking.com not showing this important condition clearly on the app (it shows when you book on a laptop, but on the phone, you need look through several subsections). Also, be worn that, as with any Hotel in Chile, The VAT exemption works only if your bank card has differed debit, all of the cards are considered as a debit cards (even if it is a foreign card and that they need to hit credit card for it to work when you pay in a Chilean supermarket!!! - Doesnt make any sense, but from that point of view, Chile is surprisingly unprepared for foreign tourism and it’s not the property’s fault)

Good for short stays.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location is good.

Cons:

For such a small place I would definitely use brighter colors and not black that makes it even smaller.

Horrible client support
Cons:

I was double charged, the Hotel already confirmed by email the error of an EXPRESSIVE ammount, and after that, no longer replies me. This was MORE than one month ago.

Cama rota
Pros:

Excelente ubicación

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que la cama estaba partida, tenía una tabla rota, no nos cambiaron de habitación porque no tenían disponibilidad según dijeron.
Llamaron a unos maestros y la arreglaron con nosotros ahí dentro. Resolvieron el problema si, pero fue bastante incómodo. Ya que solo queríamos llegar a descansar y ellos debieron haber revisado la cama antes.

MUITO BOM!
Pros:

O local é bem no centro, próximo a mercados, centros históricos, bancos e metrô. Dá para fazer praticamente todos os pontos turísticos á pé.
Obviamente sempre tendo cuidado, pois locais com maior fluxo de turistas tendem a ser mais perigosos também.
Não tive nenhum problema quanto a isso. (Ainda bem)!

O hotel pede um caução de 100 dólares na qual devolvem no checkout desde que esteja tudo ok.

O café da manhã é basicamente o mesmo todos os dias e você tem que avisar todos os dias qual horário você quer o café, eles levam no quarto (pão, croissant e um folheado recheado , suco, café e uma fruta)

A cama é boa, o banheiro é grande e a água é bem quentinha.
Possui ar condicionado / aquecedor.

Não arrumam o quarto durante a estadia.

Stanza pulita e cortesia dello staff nel mantenere le nostre valigie prima del check in. Buona colazione in camera

Cons:

Posizione comoda per visitare il centro di giorno. Svuotandosi di notte però non si rientra col massimo della tranquillità
