Pros:

Bien ubicado si querés andar por el centro. De noche el barrio se vacía un poco pero no lo sentí feo. La habitación era funcional. Tiene una decoración un poco heterodoxa pero interesante.

Cons:

El desayuno es básico y en la habitación, pero cumple.

Pros:

Hotel limpo, super moderno. Boas comodidades. Localização estratégica e atendimento da equipe bastante solícito.

Cons:

O quarto não tem guarda-roupas e cabides. O café da manhã é servido em bandeja, sem que a gente possa escolher as opções e temos que comer sentadas na própria cama.

Nicely decorated but now looking tatty as it’s not been repaired with wear and tear. The breakfast was good.

I’m sorry but I could not recommend this hotel to anyone All style over substance, one of the loudest rooms I have ever stayed in, a car park on one side with 24 hour access and the internal stairs on the other. Constant noise from the pipes and electricals. Even with ear plugs a good sleep was impossible. They give you a coffee machine in the room but you have to pay for each capsule and no bottled water free either.

Great stylish stay !
Pros:

Extremely comfortable bed and modern rooms! Everything is walking distance and the reception speaks English. Breakfast service to the room was great! Overall a nice stay.

Cons:

The area is a bit dodgy and you should avoid the nearby part at all costs! Don’t walk around at night and show any valuables.

Camera molto particolare e colorata. Lo stile lo definirei "industrial". Molto ben orgaizzata la reception e stanza accessoriata come da descrizione sul sito.

Cons:

Peccato non avere uno spazio comune per la. Colazione che viene servita in camera e quindi si deve scegliere un orario. Comunque questo tipo di servizio è chiaramente indicato al momento della prenotazione. Come la caparra di 50 euro che vengono immediatamente restituiti al check out

Hotel agradable y céntrico
Pros:

Buena ubicación cercana, al metro, por razones ajenas a mi voluntad, no podía llegar temprano, y afortunadamente el check in pude hacerlo pasada a la una de la madrugada

Encantador hotel en el centro de Santiago para viajeros ligeros
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, puedes caminar a todo Santiago histórico, conveniente para el metro y para encontrar que comer, el personal es excelente, el desayuno es sencillo, es un plus. Nuevamente, el personal amable REALMENTE es lo que hará que este hotel sea conveniente.

Cons:

Habría sido conveniente tener más servicios como una plancha, agua de cortesía y amenidades de baño más completas, pues no se incluyen. Este hotel es para un tipo de viajeros que llevan todo con ellos, no diría que es para viajes de trabajo

Buena ubicación, grata atención del personal de recepción como la que llevaba room service. La habitación bien equipada y decorada.

Cons:

No me gustó que la ducha tenia una filtración (habitación 301) y el ruido molesto en la noche, no sé si eran las tuberías, el aire acondicionado o que pero me desperté varias veces en la madrugada por el ruido.

The staff were excellent, especially Carolina who was very helpful and provided some excellent recommendations for us.

Cons:

We normally expect to get tea and coffee for free in the room and did not know until we checked out that we had to pay for the use of the coffee pods.
