Hotel agradable y céntrico
Pros:

Buena ubicación cercana, al metro, por razones ajenas a mi voluntad, no podía llegar temprano, y afortunadamente el check in pude hacerlo pasada a la una de la madrugada

Encantador hotel en el centro de Santiago para viajeros ligeros
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, puedes caminar a todo Santiago histórico, conveniente para el metro y para encontrar que comer, el personal es excelente, el desayuno es sencillo, es un plus. Nuevamente, el personal amable REALMENTE es lo que hará que este hotel sea conveniente.

Cons:

Habría sido conveniente tener más servicios como una plancha, agua de cortesía y amenidades de baño más completas, pues no se incluyen. Este hotel es para un tipo de viajeros que llevan todo con ellos, no diría que es para viajes de trabajo

Pros:

Buena ubicación, grata atención del personal de recepción como la que llevaba room service. La habitación bien equipada y decorada.

Cons:

No me gustó que la ducha tenia una filtración (habitación 301) y el ruido molesto en la noche, no sé si eran las tuberías, el aire acondicionado o que pero me desperté varias veces en la madrugada por el ruido.

The staff were excellent, especially Carolina who was very helpful and provided some excellent recommendations for us.

Cons:

We normally expect to get tea and coffee for free in the room and did not know until we checked out that we had to pay for the use of the coffee pods.

Cumplió el objetivo de alojamiento, pero no es de mi agrado
Pros:

No entendí lo del desayuno , que lo llevaban a la habitación ,pero había que solicitarlo el día anterior y me quede sin desayuno porque no lo solicite antes.

Cons:

Es como tipo motel , no tiene hall de espera al llegar llegue antes de la hora del checking y la persona que me atendió me dijo que tenía que hacer hora afuera del hotel o ir dar alguna vuelta para esperar la entrada no quiso que me quedara ahí esperando y si quería entrar antes tenía que hacer un pago extra para entrar , tuve que pagar para entrar y no esperar en la calle.

Apart hotel encantador!!
Pros:

Casi Siempre me alojó aquí por que son habitaciomed grandes, modernos con un estilo único, limpios,excelente desayuno a la puerta muy puntuales, te guardan la maleta si lo pides sin cobro, Personal de excelente trato había sus huéspedes.

El baño es muy espacioso y la ducha es cómoda, y que las piezas tenía muy buena aislacion de luz ya que eso ayuda a dormir mejor

Cons:

la atención de la recepcionista al querer cobrarnos un cargo extra que no estaba especificado y su actitud insolente hacía nosotros intentando de todas maneras poder hacer este cobro que no se justificaba por un error anterior a la recepcionista del turno de la noche. provocando incomodidad y una muy mala experiencia en nuestra residencia en el hotel.
