Excelencia
Pros:

Nuestra reserva fue de una habitación para 4 personas . Y superó nuestras expectativas .

La habitación es muy amplia y muy limpia , con camas grandes y muy cómodas . Los textiles son de alta calidad y con artículos de higiene gustosos . Y siempre al llegar de nuestras excursiones , teníamos disponibilidad de dos botellas de agua , lo cual agradecimos .

En el balcón disfrutas de la naturaleza y de la tranquilidad .

La piscina está techada y es grande . Una pena que el jacuzzi no funcionara del todo .

El hotel cuenta con un sendero que disfrutamos aunque por nosotros solos no pudimos localizar fauna o aves . Y también cuenta con huerto con productos frescos que utilizan en la cocina .

El restaurante está delicioso , con platos muy bien preparados . Los desayunos con bastante variedad y con calidad .

Y lo más importante para nosotros , fue el personal , siempre atentos y amables . Muchas gracias a todos .

Lo recomiendo totalmente .

Cons:

Algunas zonas comunes creo que necesitan algo más de mantenimiento . Pero nada importante .

Fantastische Lage und top ausgestattete Zimmer
Pros:

Moderne renoviertes Zimmer. Eigener Urwald Trail im Resort. Grosser beheizter Pool.
Tolles Frühstück. Früchte, Kuchen und Brot vom Buffet, plus A la Carte Auswahl (inklusive-ohne Aufpreis)

Cons:

Ambiente im Restaurant- auch die Bar wirkte etwas düster.

Also wer Monteverde mit dem kühleren Klima mag, findet hier eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Pros:

Beautiful grounds. Huge rooms. Large heated pool and hot tub. Nice nature trail near by. Lots of different food selections at the restaurant and pub on site. You can walk to the entrance of the nature reserve. It is just to the right of the hotel entrance and five minutes up the hill. We really enjoyed our time there.
