Plaga y total desprotección al huésped
Cons:

Una estancia pésima marcada por la falta de profesionalidad del establecimiento:

• Estado de la habitación: Había una plaga de hormigas en la habitación contratada. (se adjuntan fotos)

• Servicio: Tardaron 2 horas en contestar nuestras llamadas para darnos una solución.

• Habitación alternativa inferior: Nos cambiaron a una estancia más pequeña y tuvimos que subir las maletas por escaleras prácticamente a oscuras.

• Gestión de la propiedad: Por la mañana la recepción no nos ofreció solución ni compensación por la diferencia de tarifa. El propietario quedó en verse con nosotros para dar la cara y no apareció.

Nos sentimos desatendidos. No recomiendo este alojamiento bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Pros:

Lo fresco del lugar y la accesibilidad ya que íbamos con un adulto mayor. Que hubiera mini refri en la habitación.

Cons:

Que no funcionó la televisión, no salía ningún canal. Que no había repisa en el baño para colocar las cosas en la ducha
Que no había espacio para colocar la ropa, el armario no poseía repisas disponibles .
Varios bombillos de la habitación no funcionaban
La piscina muy fría

La habitacion era amplia, estaba limpia. El desayuno muy rico y las mujeres que lo hacen, encantadoras.

La ubicación excelente y el servicio de poder usar las instalaciones después de hacer el check out.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están muy cerca unas de otras y todo se escucha. El inhodoro estaba sucio al llegar pero fue solucionado inmediatamente. Desayuno bien para el precio que se paga.
