Baño, wc funciona mal, tuvimos que cambiar habitación y tb era lo mismo. Sin embargo muy atentos. Habitaciones con poca aislación acústica

Hermoso lugar, personal de un turno muy bien capacitado que hacen sentir en casa

Los primeros días, atentidos por principalmente Helena y señora Filomena, atentas, amables ... Hacían sentir muy cómodos, el hotel es hermoso... La vista igualmente

Cuando hubo cambio de turno, llegó otro personal y no comprendía mucho había que explicar que uno estaba por primera vez alli, luego cuando volvimos (check out) habían botado una torta que dejamos en el refrigerador ... Y el primer día teníamos una habitación que emitía un sonido molesto, que me despertaba ... Luego al haber poco personal, Helena amablemente nos cambio .. pero igual esas cosas al menos a mi me cansan, ya que una va con mucho esfuerzo a un lugar y va a descansar

Hotel muy básico.
Pros:

Lo mejor que tiene el restaurant es la ubicación, es un barrio muy tranquilo y caminable para ir al centro. El restaurant que esta en el piso 3 es por lejos uno de los mejores de la ciudad

Cons:

La calefacción, no es un lugar donde uno entre desde el exterior y se sienta calefaccionado. Al parecer la calefacción la apagan durante el día y la prenden más cercano a la noche. Deberían haber más colchas en el closet para tener la posibilidad de abrigarse más. Las áreas comunes también muy frías durante el día.
El desayuno, fome, y todos los días igual, sin nada de la zona. Estuvimos 5 días, y todos los días iguales, muy básico. Además ojo, que la mesa de desayuno es compartida.

El personal fue muy amable y las instalaciones cómodas. Tienen una muy linda cocina bien equipada que los huéspedes pueden usar. La vista desde el hotel es muy linda también.

Hotel soñado en Chiloe!!! Imperdible

Ubicación, detalles y confort de las habitaciones, perfectamente calefaccionadas, vista maravillosa, espaciosas, sensación hotel 5 estrellas, excelente atención de todo el personal especialmente Alexis. El desayuno es maravilloso, el comedor con una preciosa vista, acogedor y hogareño, comida variada, pan amasado y tortillas hecho por Angelica y Andrea, realmente son un plus, nos atendieron con esmero, todo delicioso. Totalmente recomendable y recomendado para volver. Adicionalmente están muy cerca de todo!!!

Una aventura alojarse en un palafito
Pros:

Excelente desayuno con manufactura de productos en la misma cocina.

Cons:

Nos tocó el primer piso y fue bastante ruidoso, tanto el que daba a la calle con unos perros que están en frente y el dormitorio que daba al mar porque la habitación de arriba metía mucho ruido desde temprano. No hay tan buena aislamiento del ruido

Awesome beachfront views! Beautiful, historical hotel. A few blocks from the plaza.

Hot water and cups to make tea— should be available 24
hrs. Staff “chasing” me towards the end of our stay and told me that the hot water was only for clients dining in their restaurant…. Being an old hotel : Bathroom - cramped. Could put a ledge on the wall for stuffs. Old toilet tank chain broke down. Sink without drain cover.

Muy buen hotel boutique. Palafito típico de Castro. Bien equipado y muy bien adaptado.

Por su estructura los ruidos entre piezas se escuchan. Y un mayor espacio para el desayuno sería recomendable

Lindo lugar a excepción de la gran cantidad de perros
