Una experiencia decepcionante
Pros:

Diseño moderno con arquitectura chilota sobre palafitos. Linda vista sobre la bahia.

Cons:

Varias cosas:
- Habitación ruidosa con falta de privacidad
- Colchón blando e incómodo
- Personal de servicio ruidoso, no respetando a los pasajeros. Lo mismo nos sucedió con el personal del restaurante de la planta alta.
- Ducha con fluctuaciones de agua entre caliente y muy fría

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit toller Aussicht, super nette Atmosphäre- wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und haben es sehr genossen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bon hôtel, personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant au troisième étage après une journée fatigante, c était agréable de se restaurer avec une super vue sans avoir à bouger

Estancia fabulosa
Pros:

Todo! Está en un sitio emblemático y es muy bonito. Las instalaciones están diseñadas y decoradas con mucho gusto. Camas muy cómodas. Todo el personal muy agradable y el desayuno excelente. Se puede aparcar en la misma calle gratis Nos ha encantado. ¡Muchas gracias a todos!

El hotel es muy bonito, acogedor, con calefacción óptima. Felicito al hotel Palafito 1326 por lograr un lugar tan acogedor que resalta los materiales y cultura de la zona sur y a la vez es elegante y sofisticado. El personal es muy agradable. Fue una linda experiencia.
