Hotel en un emplazamiento muy bonito, instalaciones impecables y personal súper atento.
Pros:

Está en medio de la naturaleza, muy tranquilo. Cad habitación tiene muchísima privacidad con respecto a las vecinas. Habitaciones y cama comodisimas. El personal muy muy amable.

we loved our stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel — without a doubt the highlight of our entire trip.

The location is fantastic, perfectly situated and surrounded by beautiful nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They truly go above and beyond, always thinking along with you, offering help where needed, and doing it all with genuine kindness and a smile.

Everything was spotless. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into maintaining the hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional — à la carte with a wide variety of options, perfectly sized portions, and everything tasted amazing. Fresh coffee and juices completed the experience beautifully.

We stayed in one of the “treehouse-style” accommodations, which was simply stunning. Spread over two floors, very spacious, and such a unique and special place to stay.

The pool is on the smaller side, but honestly more than enough to cool off and relax after a day of exploring.

In the evenings, we loved gathering around the campfire — such a cozy atmosphere. The children especially enjoyed roasting marshmallows, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

We also booked an evening tour through the hotel, which we highly recommend. Our guide was incredibly friendly and made the experience even more memorable.

All in all, this was truly the most beautiful and special hotel of our entire trip. We would return in a heartbeat.

Outstanding short stay in Monteverde

Absolutely fabulous place, with great rooms, and outstanding views. Immersed in nature.
Excellent customer service who couldn’t do enough for you, and the food was brilliant

Beautiful, clean, stunning property with Natuwa reserve and sanctuary next door. Restaurant food was lovely and staff very friendly.

Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage und Aussicht waren ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals sowie die kleinen Details, wie eine inkludierte Minibar mit einigen Getränken und einer Kaffeetheke im Zimmer und einem sehr süßen Souvenir, das an den Aufenthalt erinnern sollte.
Das Essen war sehr gut auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und qualitativ hochwertig (das Steak und der Burger waren wahnsinnig lecker)…

Cons:

Es wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn beim Frühstück auch andere Kaffeespezialitäten dabei gewesen wären. Ein kleiner Bereich für Raucher, auch außerhalb z.B. im Parkplatzbereich, mit einem Mülleimer, hätte es uns etwas angenehmer gemacht.
