Pros:

The stay was pleasant, the amenities were functional, and the room had a mini-fridge, with shampoo and soap provided. For me, the value for money was great. Although it was quite hot in the room and there was no air conditioning, I still slept comfortably with the window open. An elevator is available to reach the upper floors.

Poplatek městu byl naúčtován znovu, i když jsem ho měl v ceně ubytování. Paní na recepci jsem na to upozornil, ale paní, co tam ráno seděla na recepci v den odjezdu, mi řekla, že to není zaplacené, a že to musím zaplatit. Tak jsem ji znovu upozornil, že ne. Ale stejně trvala na tom to zaplatit. Tak jsem to uhradil znovu, nechtěli jsme se tam dohadovat, spěchali jsme domů 350 km

Sehol egyetlen arva felirat nem volt az epuleten, higy ez egy szalloda. Eldugva, az epulet vegen volt a recepcio, sehol egy tabla hogy hol a bejarat vagy hogy az egyaltalan egy hotel. A recepcios nem beszelt angolul, a telefonban nem tudott segiteni az epuletbe torteno bejutassal kqpcsolatban,mert nem beszelt angolul.
A reggelit erdemes elfelejteni, se felvagott,se sajt nem volt, se gyumolcs,se joghurt. De volt ketfele kenyer,vaj es fott tojas, azert teljesen kar volt reggelit venni

Poměr cena / výkon super.
Pros:

Personál milý a ochotný. Pokoj čistý. Snídaně za příplatek (hotel best western) super.

Cons:

Měl jsem "lepší" pokoj, takže jsem bydlel v hotelu best western, nebydlel jsem přímo v hotelu LC, musel jsem ale pořád na recepci hotelu LC (logické, ale daleko:). Sprcha neodtékala (klasika).

Pros:

Dobrá (dlhá a široká cca 120 cm) posteľ.
Pohodlné spanie.

Cons:

Na ubytovaní sa mi nepáčilo niekoľko vecí. V sprchovacom kúte dvere nedoliehali, takže po sprchovaní zostávala voda na podlahe kúpeľne, ktorú bolo treba utierať. Na sifóne v sprchovacom kúte chýbal kryt, čo pôsobilo nedbalo a mohlo byť aj hygienickým problémom. Raňajky sme mali v hoteli Vista, ktorý je prepojený s hotelom LC Ostrava tunelom; na recepcii nám však povedali, že tunel nevieme použiť a prejsť sa dá iba cez dvor. V čase našej návštevy pretrvávali intenzívne dažde, takže to bolo veľmi nepraktické a nepohodlné.

Cons:

Мы остановились в малом отеле, а завтрак купили в большом. Персонал в малом отеле прекрасный, чего не скажешь про большой. Желания возвращаться нет
